Chinese eatery featuring hand-pulled noodle soups, salads, and lamb entrees.
Delicious food, nice service, clean space, very affordable price. Especially loved the dessert. Most dishes were below $20. The waiter and waitress were so much warmer and more friendly than those of the 5 star hotels we stayed in the city. I’d love to come back when visiting New York City next time.

Casual restaurant providing gyros & other Greek eats, plus some American options such as burgers.
HORRIBLE!!! Terrible service, overpriced for food that is extremely mediocre and bland. Lady in front is extremely unprofessional and rude and kept going back and forth with me, telling me I did not order what i ordered. WTH? My husband was right next to me when I placed the order and confirmed what was said. I simply told her the order was incorrect even though SHE confirmed with me when ordering. Miscommunications happen, I get it. But not taking accountability and arguing with me was somethin

I dined at Gurumé with a friend in from DC, who had been there before. She has been raving about the place, and it did not disappoint. Far from it -- Gurumé wowed us! Every dish we ordered was incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. We started with the Scallops Crudo, with hokkaido scallops that themselves were wonderful, plated beautifully, and nestled in a very tasty, light broth. We also shared the Brussle Sprouts, which were so tasty, and got even better as they sat and the tasty dr

Cozy seafood grill & raw oyster bar specializing in updated classic dishes, cocktails & craft ales.
This restaurant is hidden in a quiet, low-traffic pocket of Astoria, meaning you'll rarely find accidental crowds here. It's a true hidden gem in Queens that you’ll definitely want to save for later- Off the Hook ✨ Inside, you're welcomed by a very intimate, aesthetic atmosphere with soft, moody lighting - the perfect vibe to slow down and escape the city noise. The kitchen deserves a special compliment: 🦪 A generous portion of mussels in a flawless, fragrant broth served with crispy grilled to

Second time coming here. One of my favorite hotpot in Flushing. It is all you can eat, reasonably priced. The meat is good quality and the vegetables are also fresh and crispy. We enjoyed their have Wagyu beef and squid squeezers. We got the beef tallow broth and tomato, very flavorful with a good amount of spice. There’s an all you can eat vegetable, mushroom etc bar and they have a huge sauce selection which includes some free food like shrimp crackers, fries and dessert items. The ambiance

I saved this spot in Google Maps so I wouldn’t forget to stop by the next time I was in the area. From the outside, the place is small and so was the inside, with basic stool and wall counter to eat…But don’t let the appearance fool you. The chicken was absolutely banging. It was crispy, juicy, packed with flavor, and worth making the trip for. This is one of those places where the food speaks for itself, and I’ll definitely be back.

Sometimes, I feel like the problem with such a highly popular restaurant like NAKS, is that people have high expectations. I’m one of those people. My partner and I were finally able to secure a decent dining hour reservation on a Friday night (!) and we were excited. Loved the ambience, loved the energy, and loved the Filipino rap music playing in the background. And then came the food. This is where the focus of my 3 stars are: truly what we came for. We had the fried chicken, tuna kinilaw, a

Amazing experience! The fish quality was amazing for the price. It’s a very unassuming place but once you walk up the stairs and into the restaurant, it’s really chill and quiet, away from the busyness of Herald Square. I got the Hokkaido set for $48, which comes with 10 nigiri, 2 handrolls, and 1 rice bowl. Extremely cheap for the price and paced out nicely. Highly recommend and I will try to be back here in the future

Easygoing halal venture dishing up African entrees & desserts in an unpretentious dining room.
Feels like a jackpot finding this place! The place and the food itself may look humble, but the food burst with flavor. Priced by the pound, really good price. It’s my first time trying African food, with a buffet style you can try many things at once. I tried the jollof rice with beef, some other beef in a red sauce, potato leaves soup, meatball in red sauce. All dishes were tasty! Truly a great alternative for those looking for tasty meal in the area. Def will come back.

This place instantly brought me right back to Italy in the best way!! From the moment we walked in, everything felt warm, lively, and welcoming. What made the experience even more special was the incredible hospitality from everyone!! The owner and the staff were so kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet!!! We were lucky enough to have the owner sitting right behind us, and he made the night even better by recommending amazing dishes and surprising us with a sweet dessert at the end!! The food w

We recently celebrated my daughter’s Sweet 16 at Roma View Catering, and I can honestly say the experience was nothing short of triple platinum excellence. From the very beginning, everything exceeded our expectations. When we first met Lori K., our Roma View planner, we were immediately impressed. Not only is the venue itself absolutely beautiful—specifically the Rhapsodie Room—but Lori was truly the deciding factor in our choice. She was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely ac

Casual, colorful Mexican joint preparing traditional-style tacos & other street eats, with delivery.
They didn't now how to speak English. So it was hard for me to communicate. Good thing I had a co worker with me that did speak Spanish. So she ordered what I wanted. Food wasn't that good to oily and no flavor could of had more flavor. The owner gave us one juice to share for the inconvenience. I won't be back.

Traditional Tibetan food, including vegetable & beef dumplings, is served at this homey restaurant.
Small and can get crowded, got here around 5 and luckily only waited a few minutes, afterwards there was a line of people. Food came out quickly and everything was amazing. Beef momos were juicy and well seasoned. Stir fried pork belly was so good ordered some rice to go with it. The tripe had a Mala flavor to it, wasn't too spicy but def good for those that love spice. Both noodle soups were flavorful and had a good amount of meat. Overall a very good spot and deserving of the interest and goo

Dominican eats & fruit-flavored cocktails in a colorful space with a tropical ceiling mural.
The Mompataio was really good, the flavors all came together really well and helped give moisture to the Fried Pork Chops. The Fatty parts of the Pork were very tasty as well. My spouse enjoyed her meal as well, the chicken was tender and worked with the caramelized onions with the bell peppers giving it some crunch. Overall, the textures here were good with the entrees, and I would definitely have the Mompataio again. Overall, it’s a casual dining experience, and kind of gives NYC Diner feel bu

As a Chinese person, I can confidently say that Xie Bao is one of the most authentic Jiangsu–Zhejiang (Jiangnan) restaurants I’ve ever had in the United States. This was my second visit, and once again every single dish was absolutely outstanding. The flavors are incredibly authentic and immediately reminded me of home. If I had to recommend one dish, the Crab Roe Mixed Rice is a must-order and easily the No. 1 item on my list. Honestly, I wish I could come here every week. The complimentary s
