This is part of the Ralph Lauren brand, and they are busy - very hard to get reservations, and they check at the door. Required reservations to get in, and they don't let you in otherwise. The staff at this Shake Shack are friendly, and the service moves fast without feeling rushed. The food was delicious, exactly what you want from Shake Shack. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the Staten Island Mall, making it an easy stop before or after shopping.

I really don’t usually eat anything from McDonald’s because it’s not the healthiest option, but once in a while I’ll stop in for a coffee or hotcakes. Every time, there’s a 30-minute wait, the staff is unprofessional touching their hair, being rude, and ignoring customers—and the place is filthy. They also leave drinks sitting out so long that by the time customers receive them, they’re warm and watered down. This location needs serious improvement. Until then, I do not recommend coming here.

We visited Inwood Farm on Sunday after running the Dyckman 5K organized by Dyckman Run Club. I met my High School besties while in town and researched the best pub in Chelsea for lunch. This one was the best! They were friendly- gave us a great table and let us sit for three hours visiting. One dish not to miss was the spiced duck breast with escarole, sweet potato, oaxacan mole, peanut-almond dukkai & sesame. As a native New Yorker from Hells Kitchen, Mr Biggs has been a staple for many a broke college student. $5 margaritas, deliciously greasy fried pickles, hearty burgers with cheese inside the patty (The Juicy Lucy) and even Fish n Chips! This is one of the worst locations to be served at. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I arrived at the store, one of the employees immediately assumed I wasn’t going to buy anything. On top of that, I had to wait 10 minutes just to get a bottle of water. As Is NYC has become our reliable spot for quality beer in the neighborhood. Their hazy IPAs are consistently excellent. The space is welcoming, with outdoor seating for warmer months.
