Straightforward restaurant offering heaping chicken sandwiches with fries & milkshakes.
Stopped by twice in one day while playing a show nearby—once before our set and once after to grab food for the whole band. The hot chicken was excellent, the smash burger is completely over-the-top in the best way, and the fries were a hit with everyone. The artwork and vibe inside are awesome, too. A couple notes for first-timers: there is no bathroom on site, and their heat scale is no joke. If you’re used to spicy food, Hot is pretty manageable, but SOS is absolutely insane. We had a bit o

The burgers are decent and the beer selection is good but the service is terrible unless you’re sitting at the bar. Last two times we were sitting outside and the waiter totally ignored us because our order was initially taken by the bartender. We don’t know if the bartender and the waiter had some beef between them but it was very weird. We had to go inside multiple times and ask for everything - menu, water, another round, check. Hope they improve the service because it is a nice place.

Cafe with healthy emphasis on organic New American fare plus vegetarian choices & a full bar.
Food and Juice is always a great place. I study at Columbia University and often come here for lunch during my break. I’ve even brought my husband here, and he loved it too. The food is consistently delicious, and the avocado toasts are absolutely amazing — definitely one of my favorites. Overall, it’s a reliable spot with great quality, and I keep coming back.

I had such an enjoyable time at the Brooklyn Cat Cafe! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain all about the cats and their different “spice levels,” which made it easy for us to know how to approach and interact with each one. Their guidance really helped us feel comfortable navigating around the space and getting to know the cats. Every cat we met was absolutely lovely and full of personality, making the whole experience relaxing and heartwarming. It’s also a

Stopped by North Shore Diner in Queens and had a great breakfast experience. I ordered 2 eggs, home fries, turkey bacon, and coffee. Everything was fresh, hot, and cooked just right. Definitely a great spot for breakfast if you're in Queens! 😋☕️

In from Galveston, TX. First time in 3 years. Staying in Times Square and finding new places to eat & drink. Faces had great appetizers and Happy Hour pricing on drinks. Thanks to Ash at the Hilton for the recommendation. Michael at the bar took care of us and we had a great window on the street for people watching. We will be back.

Went as a guest for a birthday party for bottomless brunch. Friendly service, great music with a live DJ. I didn't want to drink and staff was able to accommodate by letting me order a la carte & pay via separate check. The only downside was that my (and 1 other person) entree was served well after everyone else had finished eating. They were very apologetic though. Overall, think it's a really good deal and atmosphere. Bottomless includes, mimosas, Bellinis, white sangria, and screwdrivers. Eve

Old-school steakhouse offering meats, seafood & pastas in a warm, paneled space with a bar.
This place feels like a solid, classic spot you can rely on. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, more on the traditional side, but in a good way — nothing rushed, nothing overwhelming. It’s the kind of place where you can sit down, relax, and actually enjoy your meal. The food was good It’s not about something overly unique or trendy — it’s more about consistency and that familiar steakhouse experience. This place one that quietly does its job well. Stopped by BX Eatery today and honestly had a great experience. A highlight was the tuna wrap. It was incredible.. Genuinely one of the best wraps I’ve ever had. Super fresh ingredients, really flavorful, and filling without feeling heavy. I also grabbed a coffee and it was excellent. Smooth, strong, and way more affordable than a lot of the coffee spots around here. The owner was really friendly and welcoming too. Richly furnished setting for spirits, raw-bar items, live jazz, and classic American food.
This place is phenomenal. I took my fiancé here yesterday for his birthday and we absolutely adored the ambiance of this place. Well decorated and has great live music! Upon arrival we were given two complimentary servings of champagne and wished a happy birthday. The appetizers were great; the kimchi fried rice was so delicious I will be thinking about it for months. Omakase box was tasty, fresh, and light. The gin and vodka martinis were strong but very light. We also got complimentary dessert

The Barking Dog on the Upper East Side was a great spot for a Friday evening meal. There was plenty of seating available both inside and outside, and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. The music wasn't too loud, making it easy to enjoy a conversation. We ordered a hamburger and a grilled chicken sandwich, both served with delicious, crispy French fries. We came here for a drink recently and it was ok. The place was packed but it didn’t take us long to find a seat after a big group left. I highly recommend to come earlier than 2pm. Also make sure to buy tickets online because the line for tickets is huge!! Mike's Coffee Shop has a quintessential diner feel and you better get there early if you want to snag a booth. They serve up all the classics and none of that $14 pancakes nonsense. I focused in on the Greek Specialties section and ordered a Gyro on Pita for $7.25. It has a good amount of meat, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and tzatziki on soft pita. I could've used a squeeze of lemon on the side, but otherwise a flawless diner experience.

American cooking, a raw bar & creative cocktails offered in polished surrounds with retro touches.
I came for a celebration event sponsored by the Alzheimer's Walk. And Yes! The fried chicken is good! Wagyu beef negamaki was yummy! Fried oyster over pickled jalapeños deviled egg had a bit too much mayo but was very fun to eat. I enjoyed the broccoli rabe although it was a little tough. I was not a fan of edamame dumplings though. The service was exceptional-polite, efficient even with just refilling your ice water and clearing your table of mess. The ambience was very friendly and inviting. I

12/24/25 Great place to try for some zabihah pastrami! The fries were nice and crunchy. Ask for extra spice if you like it spicey. Rye bread was toasted on point to create the satisfying crunch factor. I would recommend to minimize moisture oil if getting the brisket burger to actually enjoy it as it is already pretty greasy. Overall good experience along with the Yemeni tea in the end. Props for having cheddar cheese. Please consider lower to no sodium options as well for better health.

I used to order takeout from Jimmy Max all the time—their appetizers and pizza were always delicious. I don’t live five minutes away anymore, but I recently went back and was blown away, especially by their gluten-free options. Average experience. Happy hour menu was a disappointment. The oysters served were tiny and the drinks are overpriced for "happy hour deals". Modern hotel eatery and bar, serving refined Italian fare with a view of Times Square.
We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Hotel - where Paul’s on Times Square is located. We came in around 4pm and absolutely no wait! The menus are on iPads, super cool! The staff is friendly and the ambiance is high-end but comfortable. We got a pizza and a chicken caesar salad, both really good as you can tell by the picture (lol). The staff is very attentive and kept our waters full. We will be back to try breakfast.

This is by far the best salad / bowls lunch place I have ever seen. And the food is delicious. Blows the competition out of the water.

Brooklyn-born fast-food chain offering signature hot dogs, fries, burgers & more.
We didn’t realize that the Nathan’s on the boardwalk wasn’t the flagship location- shame on us for not paying attention/ researching more thoroughly. There wasn’t a line, so we walked up to the counter to be greeted by a young person who had zero customer service skills. Trying to order a hot dog ( with coney sauce/chili & cheese) and a root beer was rather painful. We got through it and were served quickly at least. They pack the ice in the cup so you get very little soda. We liked the grille

Busy cafe on a weekend morning. Good set of breakfast options and all baked fresh on the premises. Lots of seating inside and a great option if you need to do some work, people watch or catch up with a friend.
