Although the presentation only looks good from one angle (bald spot in the back etc. SMH) the cake taste delicious not too sweet just right the blue frosting had everyone’s lips blue tho it didn’t taste like dye the guava filling was on point we truly enjoyed it. The total for the cake was $80 and it was ready on the date and time I requested. Would recommend just don’t get any pictures on your cake they need to get their skills up. The passion fruit dessert is a go as well.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I waited over 20 minutes for my order, only for the cashier to cancel it right in my face — just because she “didn’t have change.” No apology, no effort to fix the situation. I’ve never seen such disrespect toward a paying customer. This is beyond disappointing — it’s embarrassing for Dunkin’ Donuts as a brand. If this is how they treat customers, they don’t deserve business at all.

I live on the Upper East Side and decided to walk over and try this fresh bread bakery. The place was very clean, and it smelled amazing as soon as I walked in. The service was great overall. I bought some bread along with their cheese rolls, which were absolutely delicious definitely something I’d recommend to anyone.
