Small but beautiful place. Service was friendly. The food was delicious. The creme brulee was absolutely perfect. I don't get a lot of restaurants that can do that right. The caramelized sugar was think for the custard was cold just as it should be. Gotta getter back there soon.

The food is good but I would be careful eating from here. I just saw workers coughing into their hands and scratching their head. All behind the counter, next to the food. Btw, those are the same people who will fix your plate. They also change the prices on a whim and are rude when you ask about it. They had a small lunch special plate for around 6/7 dollars. Celebrated my graduation here with large party of 13 and couldn’t have had a better experience. The service was phenomenal, accommodating every request. The food and drinks were incredible — we did their set menu and it was so good we had to order more of each dish. And the atmosphere and overall experience was all I could’ve asked for. I was so excited to come eat here as I haven’t been to a Pio Pio in years. It was definitely not the experience I remembered . The staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there . The fried rice was so bad, the chicken was hard as a rock and added shrimp was crunchy like it was from the day before. Hoping the dog will eat it for dinner later. Luckily the 1/2 chicken was still as tasty as I remembered. Maybe an off day but I don’t think I will be returning to this location .

I took my mom to Chirp for Mother's Day lunch. Based on the website photos I was expecting a proper sit down restaurant with table service. That is not what Chirp is. They have seats. But you order at the front, pick up your own food, box it yourself when you are done, and discard your own trash. I was the server today. That should be noted upfront because the website does not exactly make that clear. That said, the food was good. I got a stir fry dish with beef, fries, tomatoes and platanos.

We decided to have some empanadas and this place didn't disappoint, we bought different flavors like: Cheese, Chicken, Ham and Cheese, Pizza, Cuban, Beef, Cheese steak, we went for flower dough but they also have corn based, flavors were on point. The wait time was good but they should be more proactive and call the order number when ready, other than that very good with great prices and variety.

I enjoyed my visit to Bodega 88! The food was excellent — I had the Comida Familiar ($24.25) with Ropa Vieja(+$1.25), and it was flavorful, tender, and perfectly cooked. This review is based on my personal experience. I ordered two donut breads and one hot chocolate. What an amazing experience! The arroz chaufa was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The lomo saltado was absolutely outstanding honestly, it beats Pio Pio hands down! The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly coated in a delicious, savory sauce. The empanadas were also amazing fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
