This meal was absolutely delicious. The pork chops were juicy and well-seasoned, the rice was flavorful the beans were creamy and rich. Girasol is a great place if you are looking for bread, food and drinks. When I say drinks is your topical aguas frescas, can sodas, coffee etc. I have it 4 stars for the food because sometimes is a hit or miss depending on who is cooking it. So far , the steak tacos at this place were very good ! Although me personally I don’t like big tortillas on tacos , I prefer smaller tortillas , but they still taste good and the steak looks good and I’d say it only took like 2 minutes for my food to be ready. I came a few times at night. Out of the things I ate, I'd say I like the goat soup the best. It is on the saltier side, but I tend to like things saltier anyway. In the beef there were were minimal chewy bits. I like peppers, onions, and beef. It was pretty good. After eating a bunch of things, I finally got to the chorizo quesadilla at the end. So I was full and it got cold by the time I ate it. Can't really say how it was when it was freshly made, but it was okay.

I’ve ordered through Uber Eats and I have been in the restaurant. The food is good. The tacos de birria is on the spicy side. The nachos are really good. The flautas are filling. The quesadilla is big in size.

Visited for lunch and was very pleased with the decor, including the huge taco piñata hanging from the ceiling. Sat at the bar which was cozy. Server was very attentive and friendly. Had the Aztec chicken soup which was pretty good and the chicken tacos. The fish tacos were absolutely delicious and were very colorfully garnished. The passionfruit mojito was good and strong. The Hawaiian was #2 on a list of 40+ torta options at Don Pepe Tortas Y Jugos so I assumed it didn’t earn silver medal for nothing. It's a hearty sandwich with avocado, Oaxaca cheese, tomato, pineapple, and pork multiple ways for $12. Only downside is they missed a perfectly good opportunity to use spam. Take your sandwich to Sunset Park for some city views and a pretty pleasant afternoon.

This place had different kind of cakes slices boxed up for $5. I got the chocolate and a strawberry cheesecake and they were soooooo good. When I ate the first bite I was like OMG. Portions are insane. I’ve been to many Chipotle locations, and this was by far one of the smallest servings I’ve ever received. Not just this time but a LOT of times.Paying the higher price for significantly less food is frustrating. Paid $19 for 2 Crunchwrap Supremes and a Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco and was completely ripped off. Both Crunchwraps had almost no meat in them — my whole family complained the second they opened them. The Doritos Locos Taco was even worse — barely any meat and the shell crumbled apart the second I touched it.
