Ordered some Taco Bell in the evening and placed a large order for delivery through the Taco Bell app The order took 45 minutes to prepare and on top of that when I received it The only thing right was the sodas. When I tried calling the store I got the message saying that the magicJack subscriber you are trying to reach is not available. I was expecting a nice meal and got what I can only describe as sadness squeezed out of the Taco Bell menu Three of the tacos were just potatoes cheese and let

Los Tacos No.1 on Lafayette was so good it genuinely caught me off guard in the best way. Everything tasted super fresh, hot, and full of flavor, but the real standout was the fried empanada—crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned with a filling that actually tastes like it was made with care, not just thrown together. I’ve had a lot of empanadas before and this one is easily one of the best I’ve ever had, no exaggeration. The tacos were just as solid, simple but packed with bold flavor, and ever

I always have a wonderful interaction when I go to this location. I’m literally addicted to the Brussel sprouts . Every time I’m on shift I get a double order layered in those delicious pickled red onions. I love the guacamole and sweet potatoes as well . When they see they have my order ready . Carlos and his team absolutely delivered in every possible way for my mom’s 60th birthday. From start to finish, they made what could have been a stressful event feel seamless, thoughtful, and genuinely special. We hosted around 50 guests on a Sunday evening, and I’m not exaggerating when I say every single person walked away impressed. If you’re in the Financial District and craving bold, authentic flavors, Mad Dog & Beans Mexican Cantina is an absolute must-visit. Right in the heart of FiDi, this place brings a fun, high-energy escape from the fast-paced city streets. Love Dos Toros! The staff is always friendly, patient, and quick, even when it’s busy. You can tell they actually care about getting your order right. The food is super fresh and flavorful — the tortillas are soft, the ingredients taste high quality, and everything is made just how you like it. It’s one of those places that’s both fast and really good, which is rare. Definitely a go-to spot! 🌯

This place is good. As an ex-californian who is just moving to NYC, I was worried about a lack of mexican food compared to the golden state, but eating at anejo was a great start. This definitely felt like upscale mexican food that was worth the price. The guac was super flavorful, chips were spiced, and the quesadilla (I know) was also tasty. They also had great value at lunch. My only real complaint is that the salsa they provided with our food was a little lackluster.

I visited this restaurant for the first time last night. The restaurant is BEAUTIFULLY decorated! There are wall murals, and a grass wall for photo ops. There was a man singing in Spanish and engaging the patrons without being intrusive. The food is delicious along with great drinks at a reasonable price. This place is solid. The food and drinks were on point. The happy hour is well worth the prices. The tacos were super fresh and juicy and the entree portion was enough for us (3 people). Bae and I split a chicken bowl extra guacamole (#the_guac_is_extra). We had some time to kill before our after work movie. Place was packed on a pre NYE night. Lots of tourist. Bowl was really good. Fresh. Although I did find some crushed chicken bones. Good thing I didn’t chip my tooth. Actually really happy about that. Didn’t know they still kept the bones in the chicken. Got a pic of the bone for evidence. That is the reason for the three stars. Otherwise the meal was satisfying.

My friend and I made a reservation here before we went to see a show ant the Broadway Comedy Club. You really can't ever go wrong with Mexican, but I truly didn't anticipate how delicious everything would be! For drinks I had a lemonade (that was just ok...but I was so hot so I down it) and my friend ordered "La Tia", which just determined the size, and had a coconut marg. She loved it! To be honest, this place is the same as Applebee's but it has a different old American Tex-Mex style to it. 🇺🇸🇲🇽 This is my first time going to Chili's with people from PCCS. Dolores is the perfect step above casual; dimly lit, intimate, and very “worth the wait” NYC dinner spot (and there will be a wait, so go early). We started with chips, guacamole, and cheesy refried beans, and honestly, all three set the tone. The chips were house-made and perfectly crisp, the guac was bright and lime-forward, and the beans were creamy and rich. The El Rey short rib taco was super tender and packed with flavor in a delicious house-made tortilla, and the cheese-filled croquettes

If you’re looking for a fun, high-energy Mexican spot in the heart of the city, this is it. The vibes are lively, the drinks are flowing, and the food hits every time. We heard great stuff about this place, the staff was great. Kind and generous. We got a pitcher of mango mezcal margarita, which was really good! And to start we got an octopus ceviche: 6/10. It was a little bland and missing more seasoning. As an entree, I got the enchiladas Rojas, I asked with beef but I was told they ran out so I substituted for pork: 7/10. Great service, tasty food. The churros were the best of the desserts. The horchata is also tasty. Andrew provided excellent service and was great to talk to. My main issue is that this place is really expensive for what it is, although it’s very good and well presented. The enchiladas were $35. I could see that somewhere very nice, but this place is not. Fantastic service does not make up for the stale , chewy, and dry tortillas, the recooked churros, and the dirty tables. Ordered the Tacos al pastor (super dry on top of an already dry tortilla), Tacos Frescas (definitely fresher, with good seasoning, which helps offset the dry tortilla), Tacos Al Barilla (Hearty meat with a lot of oil, nicely balances the chewiness of the tortilla), and the Shrimp Quesadillas (seems like the tortilla is more freshly made here).
