Food: Lucali was honestly disappointing, especially because I went in wanting to love it. I’ve followed this place for years and heard all the hype, so I expected something much stronger. The flavor itself was excellent, which is what makes the review frustrating. You can taste the quality in the sauce, cheese, crust, and pepperoni. Every time I order a quarter pounder with cheese from this place, It comes to me raw. I used to love ordering from this McDonald's cause I know it gets a lot of traffic and the food is always fresh. But when I'm getting my Quarter Pounder Burger raw, it just shows me that the staff are just here to have a job and their main focus isn't on the quality of food they put out. Not everyone can cook, and this quality of food is evident of that.

We had a wonderful experience at Frankie’s Spuntino. The outdoor seating area is beautiful and incredibly pleasant. The staff made my mother feel very special on her birthday, which we really appreciated. The wine was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the food was very good. Just a heads-up: the spicy pasta is actually quite spicy! 😂 Overall, a fantastic spot with a warm atmosphere and great hospitality.

Had the sweetest date night here with my boyfriend two big ice cream lovers, and Brooklyn Farmacy did not disappoint. We ordered the black & white milkshake and the caramel apple pie sundae. Both were delicious and massive. We couldn’t finish them, but every bite was worth it.

Even from outside you can't miss this place due to a multiple lights and decorations, once you inside, it is almost like in your childhood feritale. The very best chocolate cake and the mint chip ice cream has been a revelation since their day 1 opening at their first location. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the shrinkflation serving of chocolate cake - that slice has gotten smaller and smaller every year and at this point, it's just ungenerous. Was looking for an Italian restaurant in Carroll Gardens. Came across this place and am happy I did. We came kind of early in the day, so we were the only people there. The food was delicious! Everything hit the spot from the fried artichoke appetizer to the vodka bucatini and the pork chop.

First came here in like 2019, been eating the same sandwich ever since. The Vegitalian is a perfect sandwich in my books; sweet, savory, salty, tangy. I had an amazing experience at Gersi. I took my dad for his birthday over the holidays and when we arrived, they have a “happy birthday” sign on the table. Everyone working there was extremely friendly. The espresso martini I had was very tasty. It has been sometime since I visited this place so I was very happy it still was open. The wings here are great; fried crispy and then flavored. They have options like a dry rub, BBQ, and Buffalo. I love that they apply it generously and the flavor hits everytime. I like the atmosphere and outdoor seating. Baby Luc’s won’t make you weep into your crust or anything, but that plain slice? The sauce is doing something quietly heroic that deserves more credit than it’s getting. The other slices are solid, dependably good in the way a reliable friend is good, not the friend with the motorcycle. It gets cozy in there, which is either charming or a personal space issue depending on your Tuesday. Still, I keep ending up back here, which is probably all a neighborhood pizza spot needs to accomplish.

I ordered the Grilled Chorizo Bowl. Overall it was pretty good, but the chorizo was a little dry. I was expecting a stronger traditional smoky and salty flavor, but this version tasted lighter and more mild. On the positive side, it did feel a bit healthier and not too greasy. The bowl was fresh and filling, just wish the chorizo had more flavor.

I’d been craving Italian for a while, so we tried Cremini’s in Brooklyn last weekend. For a neighborhood spot, it was quite nice, and the owner was very pleasant. I really liked that they focus on food and wine from the Marche region, which you don’t see that often and makes for some unique options compared to a typical Italian menu. The Gorgonzola-stuffed olives and the stuffed gnocchi were both really good. Overall, a nice spot if you’re looking for something a little different.

I was visiting NY and stopped by Bigtiny as I was craving for French food. I had escargot and beef tartare, and it was magnificent! The outdoor seating was wonderful, and I had a very good time. Would definitely visit again.

It’s a sichuan style ramen with vegan meat. Highly recommend it. Point Blank ramen was delicious as well, the broth is lighter than the Captain Brooklyn III and was a medium-spice. the star of the show is really their pancakes, and they’re really well priced. i got the chocolate griddle pancakes and they were so delicious. although it’s not my favorite style of pancakes, it was still so, so tasty. however, i would not wait over 45min in line for them. on the other hand, the other menu items didn’t shine as much. the savory dishes lacked flavor. i also wish the menu had more variety.
