Solid dive bar with good music, friendly bartenders and many specials. This bar belongs to the same owner of Down The Hatch, Off the Wagon and a few other bars in the region. During the week all drinks are half price until 7pm. After 7pm they offer different specials. This is one of my favorite bars in the West Village area along with Down the Hatch. I recommend their wings, they never disappoint!

Groove NYC was such a vibe 🎶🔥 Paid $10 to get in and honestly worth it for the music alone. The live show started around 9:30pm and the energy stayed strong until 1am. Really talented musicians, great sound, and the kind of place where you just get lost in the music. Cool attitude at the door too — very classic New York energy without being rude. La Contenta Oesta was decorated with flags, flowers and two drummers playing loud music. Located on Sixth Avenue and 11th Street, it created a feeling of a fiesta in the neighborhood. The bagels were warm and fluffy. We ordered a 3 pack - everything, salt, and plain and they snuck an extra everything in the bag! We also tried the chimichurri butter and elite cream cheese schmear and both were great. There was a bit of a line but it moved along quickly.

Everyone was super friendly and welcoming here. The tables are close together but I liked the cozy vibe. The Banter Big Breakfast was AMAZING! Everything I wanted. My partner got the BYOB and it also hit the spot. We didn’t have reservations and waited about 30 mins. In the meantime, we walked across the street to Myers of Keswick to pass the time. How do I leave 10 stars for service? The two gentlemen who worked here tonight were the kindest, sweetest ones I met so far I service industry in New York. I’m not a big Indian food eater, I basically always eat paneer tikka with garlic naan and mango lassi. They made me a plate with few more items, and were super nice in explaining what was what. The drinks here were phenomenal. The service was also top tier and worth the price. They mix flavors I never would’ve thought of and you can tell that they take pride in finding the drink that appeals to your taste. Very intimate vibe, great for a date night.

Diner at Monte's Trattoria. We stopped by for an early dinner before take our fly to return home. It started out very quiet but quickly became packed with people. The food and drinks are excellent. A good pizza sport near Washington Square Park. Great slice, good price, minimal wait times, clean and tidy seating area, friendly staff with nice service. Lots of Vegan options as well, all testing very nice.

Just when I think that I have already had the best bagel in NYC, I try a new one and it makes me question all of them. Brooklyn Bagel is definitely one of the best bagels I have had not only in NYC but ever. Soft and chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The staff was quick and efficient so we didn’t wait a long time like some other bagel spots in the city.

Had an incredible experience at FREVO. The hidden art entrance gives it a true speakeasy feel, and the intimate setting makes the entire evening feel personal and exclusive. Each course was creative, beautifully presented, and full of unique flavors. I asked the cashier if it’s usually empty, and he mentioned that it tends to be empty because NYU students are away for the summer. Incredible food and amazing service. The special was amazing. I can't remember the name. It was a dough dumpling with the most amazing flavor. I went here for the first time tonight as it's Carnevale and I really wanted a steak before my Lenten fast. This place was great! Relaxed, nice surroundings and great steak *and* a great value for NYC. I don't understand the few negative reviews about the staff. Every single person working here was friendly and accommodating. I’ve found this place just walking around the city with friends. We were hungry and in the mood for some New York pizza. I got a pepperoni 🍕 and a white slice with garlic knots. It was all delicious. Today I was in the city again and had to stop and taste their Sicilian. I got a corner slice of course. They are very generous with their cheese and their sauce which made it even more delicious. The crust was crunchy and tasty as well.

Pizza toppings are great. Not overly saucy or cheesy, but the toppings are fresh and delicious. Meats (pepperoni and sausage) are not overly salty like some places. Sauce is a bit sweet for my liking, by but I can see why some people may like it. Dough is good chewy New York style with a little crisp. Service and atmosphere are standard take out pizza place. Nothing special. But staff are nice. Opens late, so good if you want to crab something after midnight.

Awesome small intimate venue with hilarious talent! I visited twice in a week, once on Super Bowl Sunday with very small crowd. Comedians and waitstaff still delivered to 12 people in the audience! Also two “drink” minimum includes food items and non alcoholic beverages, which was very helpful. I love comedy and the clubs affiliated with the Comedy Cellar in NYC are top notch.

Stopped by Hey Tea near NYU and had a great experience. They have a large selection of bubble tea with plenty of options to choose from, whether you want something classic or more creative. The drinks came out fairly quick, which is perfect for a busy area like this. The staff was very friendly and efficient, and the whole process was smooth from ordering to pickup. Solid spot for bubble tea if you're in the area and want something quick, easy, and well done.

as a boba tea head , i can confirm this is my favorite tea shop in the city. amazing flavor with the fruit drinks like milky blueberry and milky strawberry. if you want a refresher, get the jasmine lychee! the new addition ube bobo has become one of my favorite as well. one plus is some of the fruit drinks you can make it hot so it’s not unbearable in the winter!! i love everything about this shop even the cute bottles you can reuse for your commute coffee.

This was my first time trying this place. I loved it. I ended up getting the Matcha & Oats, and my friend got the Passion Fruit Yogurt. My experience, the Matcha and Oats is such a good blend.
