Pinkerton Wine Bar had a strange subconscious calling for me when I visited last Saturday, as I realized I had been there a few years back, despite usually being very aware of places I have previously visited. The vibe is great. It is woodsy, and I loved the small details, such as the ship on what appeared to be a wine closet. The atmosphere is dark and intimate, but because it is quite popular, it is not the most quiet place. However, I had no trouble talking with my friend or the bartenders.

Great bar for pinball and drinks. Many modern Stern and older machines. I only played newer Stern, all were in very good condition. Pinball sounds are configured pretty loud (you can decide if you like this or not). Good drink options and fair prices. The bar looks a bit run-down from the outside, but the inside is great.

Flavor of the food here tasted excellent actually. I believe it’s because it might’ve been “fresh”. Although you can’t exactly see what’s going on in the back it tasted really good to be honest. I immediately shared with might wife that this place was definitely in future options to come eat at again. Clean rated A establishment. Well done!

Excellent food at this “hole in the wall”. There is nothing fancy here BUT the food is excellent and everyone who works here is lovely. These are some of the best quesadillas in the city. If you are in the area you need to check them out. You can not go wrong.

Balkan Grind delivers great coffee and treats. I highly recommend having the hazelnut Turkish coffee. The bureks are on point as well and it's a great portion for a light filling meal. Val, the owner, is hospitable and energetic and a pleasure to speak with. He clearly works hard to provide quality coffee and treats. The vibe in there is great and will instantly make you feel calm. Great spot for meetings as well. A+ products, service and ambiance.

One of the hidden gems in Brooklyn coffee shops. The secret here is the super chill vibes. It’s quiet enough to read or do work. The couches and sofas are super comfortable and seemingly always free. Can’t wait to return to try more of their pastries and coffee selections.

A French bistrot that has made itself a community institution, Bistrot So occupies a fantastic corner, there is almost no better place to take in the neighborhood while enjoying a meal, anytime of year. The menu classics like the steak au poivre will keep you coming back, and still there are always seasonal specials: beef bourguignon, raclette, duck. The staff is beloved by the neighborhood, so between the atmosphere and food, be prepared to enjoy yourself.

Large selection of scotch and fairly priced drinks for the location. Feels like your typical bar. It's clean, has good patrons, and has a large space to sit. Loved my meal here last week. They have real deal homemade Italian food from the burrata to the pizza and pastas. This is an amazing Thai restaurant. Shrimp basil egglant with brown rice has wonderful flavor, and the perfect level of spicicness. Sometimes it’s about the experience. We were served by Cianna last night, who was absolutely delightful. She clearly enjoys her job and interacting with customers - even on the late shift when she appeared to be completely solo. Cianna was so fun, FUNNY, and personable - and the cookies were great, as expected. Keep doing a great job, girl! I hope Chip City knows this employee is a true gem.

All dogs are very friendly. The server had a very good attitude. You only need to buy a drink to get in. I bought the lemonade; the price was around $6. Their are other kind of drink. The lemonade has just the right amount of sweetness it's absolutely delicious.

Best gluten free bagel I’ve ever had. There are numerous options to choose the exact salmon and cream cheese you want. Highly recommend the Scottish salmon & scallion cream cheese. Really nice staff too.

Showed up at Ciao Ciao on a rainy Sunday afternoon with a group of friends and had a fantastic time. The vibe was great from the moment we walked in, and the music set the tone perfectly. We got there a little early, which made it fun to watch the room fill up and the energy build as the day went on. Bartenders were excellent and the service was on point throughout. Drinks were really well done. Adding this one to our regular rotation whenever we’re in New York.
