I'm not sure what you expect, it's a nice, decent small business offering food. There's a large hospital nearby (NYU) and you'll see nursing or medical staff come in for food occasionally along with the workers from the surrounding area. Portion sizes are good, the workers are friendly, kitchen looks clean, no real complaints.

I went to the store and I ordered and they said wait 20 minutes. I go after 30 minutes and they said I'm sorry we forgot to take your order. Really shitty people.

Fantastic experience with a great offerings for their omakase course. They use both great quality and selection of fish paired with a variety of toppings. They also have a lot of premium offerings such as uni, wagyu, foie gras, etc. so you really get to enjoy it all for a great price. Their cocktail menu is also quite unique and innovative, so thats another big plus.

The matcha was chalky and the coffee was watery. Took like 10 minutes to get our coffee. It is a really lovely location and building just wish the coffee was better

Fong Kwan has finally reopened, for takeout service. EDIT: they now have limited indoor dining, two separate small tables. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required for dine-in. Very good reliable Cantonese menu plus some Thai dishes too. Good Cantonese style take out I used to be able to find more frequently, this still had some great familiar choices at great prices.

I ordered 3 slices of pizza, hadn’t eaten a meal all day. I get in about 20mins later and realize there is a whole slice of my pizza looks bitten like someone ate it but it was still served to the public for consumption. If I am not reimbursed I will never purchase from here again very disappointing.

If you are in the mood for subway, this location is the better one around. They give a good amount of toppings and get you in and out quickly. The other locations barely give any meat and basically force you to pay and get double meat. Def recommend this location over others in the area.

This was some of the best food I have had outside the Western Mediterranean. The bread was made fresh to order, the falafels fried to order, and the babaghanoush tasted smokey and sweet like it should. The service was lovely.

Magnolia is amazing, and this location did not disappoint. The staff were helpful; we ordered a classic banana pudding cup and the salter caramel brownie banana pudding. Both were very fresh and tasted amazing. I highly recommend their classic banana pudding for any first-timers at Magnolia. Also the location is a huge plus!

Longtime customer, over 15 years and this food is so consistent. The best shrimp egg foo young by far. I often order delivery and the food is always piping hot which I appreciate. Mets game on in the corner, cold rolling rock in my hand and good conversation with long time locals. What more can you ask for in a pub? I recommend ponying up to the bar and saying hello.

This restaurant was such a great find 🤍 The space is cozy and welcoming, and the customer service was amazing, everyone was so kind and attentive. The food was honestly so delicious. We got the seafood risotto and it was incredibly creamy and full of flavor. The truffle fries were perfect too crispy on the outside but still soft inside. We also tried a bunch of other sides and everything was just as good. We walked in without a reservation and got lucky, but I’d definitely recommend making one

Just picked up a vegan pie from this location yesterday. It was absolutely delicious!! I’ve been ordering from other locations of Due Fratelli for over a decade, long before I went vegan, and I’m so happy to see that their pizza is still top notch. They have the most perfect crust, it’s crispy and chewy, great sauce, and their vegan cheese is really tasty! Really happy I can still eat here, thank you for having a vegan option!! The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. I often stop by after work for dinner, and it's become one of my favorite places to relax and unwind. Side note- I don't trust the bagel opinions of folks who like their bagels toasted, unless you're getting the sacrilegious BEC on a bagel. This is because a toasted bagel is bread in the shape of a bagel. Sorry, but not sorry for being a bagel snob. Anyway, this is one of the many locations of this NYC-based bagel chain. The inside is very clean, and the cashier was pretty friendly. I got a Sesame Bagel With Lox Spread for $7.15 + tax, so around $7.70, which is pricey, but hey, it's lox spread.

Great tasting but hit or miss with the writing on the cake (poor penmanship). Since 2022 started i may have bought 3-4 cakes from here. One had a weird air bubble form on top. The next had bad writing, the next one was the most beautiful one for my 66year old mom! There is a new young man there, he does the best writing on the cake. Also check that your cake that the icing is not crystallized.

I wasnt going to rate this but I am still mad. I ordered chicken soup through Uber eats. The soup was cold like it came out of the refrigerator and it was spoiled. You could smell how sour it was as soon it was opened. I understand not wanting to waste food because everything is so expensive now, but, day old food or older must be stored properly and SAFE to sell to the consumer.

I hosted my birthday party/goodbye NYC party here, we did an open bar for 2 hours. The vibes were great and the backyard space was INCREDIBLE. I had around 50 guests and the place was completely to ourselves. It was perfect for an intimate party and we really got to use the backyard space which was amazing for a sunny spring day in nyc.
