I made a mistake as the customer, and instead of making the situation difficult, Alex went above and beyond to help resolve everything professionally and quickly. The level of customer service, patience, and care they showed was exceptional. Alex took ownership, communicated clearly, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. I just ordered from this place through ubereats, they have a different name on the app “el rincon de Mexico”. The food was disgusting, I didn’t even get to take a bite before I got nauseous. I ordered the chicken flautas and let me tell you how this flautas had one singular strand of BOILED chicken breast- no seasoning what so ever, topped with one forkful of brown lettuce, no oxaca cheese, no sour cream, and no guacamole like it is described. They have pre-made salad and sandwiches. They also have cookies, brownies and a few other desserts. They have water, sodas, and a small selection of canned alcoholic beverages. It is a decent place to eat while you are in the museum with the expected price inflation and basic choices.

Was getting my nails done at Lilly Artistry Studio stopped by to grab some tacos for me and my boyfriend. We had their their hibiscus juice delicious, homemade tortillas chicken, pork, steak, shrimp. Everything was so flavorful tasted, everything tasted fresh seasoned to perfection. We both loved them Would highly recommend. When I come to get my nails done I'll definitely be stopping by.

Not bad, but not my top favorite. The atmosphere is nice, coffee and pastries are alright, and it's served super quickly. They have very limited pasties options. It would be great if they have more savory options 🙃 Also the fridge is loud so I felt as if I'm in the backyard of a supermarket. The barista was organizing inventories, putting trashes together, cleaning something in the sink with loud noise at 1:30pm, so it wasn't relaxing at all. The interior is cute.

Food is good & fresh like always but I’m giving 1 star because they stopped paying attention to online orders instructions. This is the second time I wrote on DoorDash instructions for the restaurant not to add any mild/chicken sauce on my food. My food was delivered with lots of mild sauce that made the rice extra soggy and watery. Like who even put mild sauce on rice that much to make it look watery. The Starbucks across the street refused to sell me a Coffee Traveler (box of coffee) because they were "too busy." However, the staff here were very friendly, directly telling me how long the wait would be and preparing it for me immediately. If you are in the mood for a crepe, this Japanese style crepe shop will do the trick. The quality of the crepe was very good. We had the strawberry, banana, and Nutella and it was very enjoyable. My 7 year old loved it! The service was very pleasant. There was no line and our fresh crepes came out nice and warm. This is definitely a nice addition to the neighborhood.

I only came from the limited Genshin event and that was it. While I am aware of this place's mixed reviews, my experience there wasn't too shabby: the cashier who took my order was friendly and the tea, while isn't the best, is solid overall. That said, there are better milk/boba tea places in Flushing like Gong Cha, Coco Tea and Machi Machi in Tangram. It's not the best but certainly not the worst in my opinion.

Great little hidden coffee shop. It's in the lobby of an office building, this coffee shop has amazing coffee, pastries and sandwiches. There's a few tables and chairs inside and outside. The coffee is so tasty, and Joe, the guy who normally works there is the nicest guy. Really nice find in the middle of a busy block. Enjoy

honestly, it was the best culinary experience I’ve had in the entire area. I ordered the chicken wings with french fried , orange chicken with pork fried rice, General Tso's chicken with pork fried rice and the chicken lo mein. Every bite was pure flavor: the wings were crispy, the chicken was generous and juicy, and the lo mein was perfectly seasoned. Plus, the portions were huge, and the atmosphere was super welcoming. If you're in Brooklyn, you absolutely have to check this place out.

Amazing service from Otto/Ottoniel (so personable, great conversationalist) we got one of the best espresso martinis ever, and multiple old fashioneds! The manager, Roman, was so kind and thoughtful. He explained the history of the bar and the proposed evolution of the bar. We would love a bit more upbeat music! This is a great after dinner spot with amazing well balanced drinks. 5 stars on service and quality. We are from NJ and we will be back.
