Italian eatery & wine bar for salads, meats, cheeses & larger plates, with a grocery section too.
This is our favorite weekend lunch/brunch restaurant in the Village. Their menu has a good mix of light sandwiches with heavier dishes if we are really hungry. Their platter of salumi and formaggi (sliced meats and cheeses) is very good and comes in two sizes – the larger has delicious pate. I particularly like the smoked salmon crostini and my wife usually goes for the one of the sandwiches, notably the prosciutto, tomato, mozzarella, and basil. They have a full bar with good selection of wine

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed my order around 7:00 PM and the app showed it was ready and that the driver had left at 7:18. At 8:02 PM, the driver called asking me to come downstairs. When my son went down, he was told the driver had forgotten the order and would have to go back to the store. I called the driver to confirm, and unfortunately, that was true. After waiting over an hour with no food, I called the store and was told they would remake the order and send it out. I called a

The nachos here were so delectable I literally had to put my hair in a bun before digging in! 😂 I stumbled upon this place by accident while looking for tacos and walked into a loud, jumping atmosphere. Despite it being packed, my son and I were seated right away. Our server, Eliana, was amazingly friendly and wore a really cool hat! The food took a little while to come out, but the place was crowded, and let me tell you—it was absolutely worth the wait. My nachos were an easy 11/10! My son’s

Bi-level sports bar with full menu, craft brews & extended happy hour, plus trivia & karaoke nights.
Cornerstone Tavern is a cozy, noteworthy gem in the league of sports bars in NYC—whether it be wandering in after a long day in the hustle and bustle, meeting up with friends, catching up on some football, testing your knowledge at trivia nights, and my favorite: karaoke nights! There’s something about belting out bops in a timeless, tavern style venue that takes away the nerves of singing your heart out. With less ego, and more community (contrary to some karaoke spots I’ve been to that literal

Got the tomato and white slice, total a bit over $11. Tomato slice was tomato forward, slightly tart with garlic breadcrumb crisps on top. I liked it but felt it was lacking cheese. 7.8/10. The white was a more cheesier slice. Thick mozzarella taste. 8.2/10. Both slices had a crispy bottom for a satisfying crunch/chew. Would come again.

I’ve found this place just walking around the city with friends. We were hungry and in the mood for some New York pizza. I got a pepperoni 🍕 and a white slice with garlic knots. It was all delicious. Today I was in the city again and had to stop and taste their Sicilian. I got a corner slice of course. They are very generous with their cheese and their sauce which made it even more delicious. The crust was crunchy and tasty as well.

Tasty spot for pizza and and/or drinks located in the heart of the West Village. It does get crowded, particularly on weekends, so making a reservation in advance is the way to go. Both the Burrata pizza, with creamy cheese and fresh tomatoes, as well as the Soppressata pizza, with a perfect balance of sweet and spicy, are great items to order. Though the ambiance inside is also nice, I prefer their outdoor seating for a lively feel.

Had a business dinner here with colleagues on a Monday night. It was a course fixed by our leadership, so while choices were limited, there were some good options. With a party of 16, there were times when the staff seemed overwhelmed. The appetizer (I chose the burrata) was excellent. The main (blackened bass) was saved by the excellent roasted mushroom. The sides came 10 minutes after we finished our mains. They were good, but if you know you've got a large party with fixed sides... they said

Absolutely love this place. They have a great selection of craft beers, ciders and cbd beverages. The draft beers are ~$8 and rotate regularly. They also have happy hour during which time a few of the beers are $6. The vibe is good. In the summer they open up the doors, which is nice. It’s also dog friendly and has a small food menu. They are great about recommending beers and will let you sample them. Great place to hangout.

Excellent service and great attention to detail. I ordered a Spider-Man cake for my son's biethday and a heart shape cake for my cousin and both were delivered on time and handled with great care. Tried Ethiopian food for the first time here and was blown away. We got a mix of sambusas which I highly recommend. They were so good and always brought out fast. The main dishes took more time, but were amazing. We shared a mix of food. Modern eatery for multi-course Korean tasting menus featuring wood-fired dishes.
One of the best special-occasion dinners I’ve had in NYC. I brought my partner to Jua for his birthday, and he said it was the best birthday restaurant I’ve ever taken him to. The June tasting menu was excellent across all seven courses. The Caviar Kim, Branzino, Wagyu & Chan, and Goguma Juak were standouts, but the entire meal felt cohesive and carefully paced. I recently visited Saggio, a Sicilian restaurant, and found the experience mixed. The interior was inviting, with a warm and cozy atmosphere that made for a pleasant dining environment. As for the food, the fried calamari was decent—crispy and tender, but it lacked the standout flavor I was hoping for. The chicken was okay as well; it was well-cooked but didn't have the depth of seasoning I expected. Overall, while Saggio has a nice ambiance, the food could use some improvement to truly shine

Lhasa Fast Food has potential, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. Since it’s a Tibetan restaurant, we were especially looking forward to the dumplings, but they were not good at all, which was a letdown. The chili chicken was also poorly done and lacked flavor.
