It smells so good as you walk in. Amazing carrot cake and my bf loved his cookie and brownie. The service was friendly and fast. We brought our treats over to the park to enjoy. And someone stopped to ask where we got them from! My only wish is that they add cards or something to each item to quickly know what the flavors are but they were happy to answer my questions.

The shop is really cute and hidden inside a building. It feels like a secret place. The drinks are okay, but nothing special. For the bakery items, they are average. They serve them at room temperature, so they are a bit hard. I think it would be much better if they warm them up before serving. Overall, it’s a nice spot, but the bakery could be improved.

First time trying a NY Bagel and it was fantastic!! They have a variety of food options on the menu and different spreads. I enjoyed the bacon egg and cheese bagel with avocado, and my husband added a spread to his. The smoothies were great as well. Very small dining area so be prepared to take it go to and eat in Central Park like we did! Know what you want before getting there and speak loudly. I was just looking for a sweet treat and Buttercup Bake Shop fulfilled my needs! Such a cute corner store bakery. I bought a dozen mini cupcakes for $24 which isn't a bad price for something made and designed from scratch. The cupcakes were beautiful and I ended up gifting them to my friends. I had to have my drink remade multiple times when there’s a photo of it on their menu. The first time they did regular cold foam instead of the strawberry cold foam and the second time they started making a strawberry daydream instead of the strawberry mango daydream. it’s 4 ingredients ice, mango concentrate, oatmilk and strawberry cold foam. The fact that i had to micromanage the staff at a Dunkin’ I don’t even work at just to get my order made correctly is absolutely ridiculous.

Love coming here in the morning for fresh bagels. They all are uniquely delicious bursting with flavor. Just purchased half a dozen to take home. Put them in a ziplock and they stay fresh for the next few days. My personal favorite is the everything bagel little messy but so worth it. Staff is so kind a friendly.

Was there a Wednesday morning. The place is clean. Not really the same atmosphere as in Belgium (more cos) but nice place to dine in. The staff was friendly. Had a Pain au chocolat (in French on the menu 😍) and a cappuccino. The language barrier with the counter persons on my visits was underwhelming, but the products purchased were ok - in the past I've tried their macaroons. Just recently, I tried their Russian Fruit Cake, I believe that's what it was, and it was delightful. Overpriced, in my opinion, as it's sold $10/lb. This sliced pictured was small but weighted, apparently, and it was nearly $11.

Bagel Box catered breakfast for our Eastern Region Women's Rally at New Dorp Moravian Church last Saturday. The bagels, choices of cream cheese, muffins and croissants were fantastic.
