Today and day before yesterday I went to this restaurant. They are making Asian food I think it’s Chinese. First day I did Oder beef noodles. It was amazing. And I ask chili oil. They gave me one it’s super amazing. That’s why I went today. Guy who working front it’s not helping. But he can mange the job. And he try to help. Today my lunch was pot cooking rice. We can choose two meats. I got beef and chicken. It’s coming with side of soya sauce. And I asked that chili oil again, it was delicious

"Chang Xing is definitely a reliable staple here in the neighborhood. I’ve tried several things on the menu, and the Chicken with Broccoli and General Tso’s are consistently good. The portions are huge for the price, and the food always arrives hot and fresh. It’s a classic no-frills Chinese takeout spot that never lets you down when you need a quick, satisfying dinner. The staff is always working hard and gets the orders out very quickly. Definitely one of the better spots in East New York!"

Ordered chicken wings and pork fried rice. The wings were well seasoned, crispy and juicy. The rice was good as well. Friendly staff. Definitely will be returning again!

my other favorite fujianese restaurant especially for their soups/broths, altho they can fall a little behind arping with their stir fries. super affordable prices friendly front desk lady, small family run shop. less spacious than arping but that can also mean it's less crowded sometimes. more likely to have a cigarette smoke smell

This was the worst experience of my life. I ate here around 8 pm. Thai tea tasted bland, and the lo mein was just average. the worst part was the staf they were very unfriendly and unwelcoming then handled items very roughly right in front of me. It was really unpleasant to see.

The lamb and cilantro dumplings were some of the best dumplings we’ve ever had. We liked both the steamed and pan fried. The stuffing was juicy and delicious with a little spice and a little cilantro with neither overwhelming. The dining area is tiny. If you do eat in the ladies were so nice. They made room around their stations and accomodated even though we probably shouldve taken everything to go. Nothing was pre prepared so we waited a few minutes but it was fully worth it. If we go on a dum

Food - 4 stars Service - 4 stars Price - 5 stars Had dumplings and Korean seaweed roll (sushi?). Dumplings were a huge portion, but the skin was too thick. Seaweed roll was slightly oily, otherwise tasted great. Not much service as it is a food court style. But they did serve food fast. Meal costed only $11 which is great value.

Good food, but the service has declined since the owner's son took over the front counter. Checkyour bill overcharging is an issue. Packaging is careless, especially with saucy dishes that spill by the time you get home. His attitude is also unpleasant. "Sun Hing is my go-to for a quick and affordable meal in the neighborhood. Their lunch specials are a great deal, especially the Chicken with Broccoli and the General Tso’s. The portions are always generous, and the food comes out hot and fresh every time. It’s perfect for those days when you don't want to cook but want something reliable and tasty. Knew them for years and they have been part of the community in serving food for decades. Staff was always kind and respectful. The food is always to my liking, been getting my chicken thighs for years now. Mindy is a kind and lovely women that cares about people. Anyone who doesn't like this place is just downright hateful. PSA: Check Your Happy Dragon Orders – Hidden Charges and Mispriced Items I’ve been a loyal customer of Happy Dragon for several years now, frequently placing orders over $30+. Recently, I decided to question an overcharge I noticed—because this has been happening to me every time I’ve placed an order by phone. My total from the Happy Dragon Restaurant pamphlet came out to be $34.25, but I was charged $35.25. When I asked about the extra $1, I was told by the rude lady it was a “delivery fee.”

I been wanting to try this boba place. And I came across while I’m in Japan village in Brooklyn! They have a cute design and I ordered their rose lychee water. It’s pretty and super fruity! I hit this place up three times in a week while I was staying at a nearby AirBNB. This is a no frills place to get good food. It's cash only, and you order and pass your money through a bullet proof glass/plastic window. It's not open late so plan ahead. The pork spring rolls are excellent and so is the chicken noodle soup.

Typical and authentic Cantonese style cuisine in small and cramped setting. The food was good but not great. Felt like some dishes were missing the “wok hay” from the chef. Portion size was decent( see pictures). They gave a special dish for $1 of braised pork belly and picked cabbage- which we didn’t order or knew about. Out of all dishes, the BBQ meats platter was top pick. We didn’t order any live/fresh seafood, so maybe that’s what they’re known for. The waiter/waitress are the friendliest

This is one of my favorite Asian breakfast joints in Flushing. I will always support a mom and pop shop over chains any day. The dumplings are made fresh every hour, the pork and cabbage buns are fantastic. I also love their homemade soy milk and sweet tofu with ginger sugar. I have been eating here for years and the owners have always been kind to me. Highly recommend, 10/10.

This place has been on my radar for a while, and I finally made it there. Overall, a very positive experience. Unlike many other spots, the food here tastes like authentic Chinese cuisine. Stepping through the door truly feels like being transported to Guangzhou. The menu design needs a serious refresh, as it looks a bit subpar right now. But overall, definitely worth a visit for an authentic meal

I tried all the buns except the vegetable and they were very delicious, although the flavors were pretty similar because they are all pork. The price is also very good, less than $5 for a 6 piece of smaller sized buns or $2 for a big sized one. My favorite was the pan fried pork bun Just know it is cash only!

I love this new addition to the neighborhood since there aren’t many places around here that serve Cantonese dishes. It’s a very small spot that’s mainly for takeout, with only about 3 seats available. They also offer other ready-made cold items like duck wings and other meats. For anyone confused about the workflow: you place your order with the first cashier by the door, and they’ll hand you a receipt. Then you proceed to the cashier in the back to pay. Very authentic fuzhounese food! The pork bun is huge and full of stuffing, a bit too oily and salty for my liking, but still very good. I really liked their fujianese wonton soup. The wontons were plump and tasted just the way I remembered in my childhood (make sure to add some vinegar to the soup). 😋 Their dine-in space is a bit limited. But most people buy and take it home to cook/eat anyways. Just a heads up, the family that operates the restaurant can be a bit unresponsive and rude. So d

As someone who works part time in the food industry I do not take it lightly to review an eatery. However.... I ordered a "ham fried rice" and I ordered a half fried chicken... when I get home...there's a huge hair in the chicken (literally wrapped in the breading....) and the rice is just yellow rice that tastes like nothing but grease. So...I DRIVE back to the restaurant (I had thrown the hair out immediately so I didn't take that back, literally just threw it all out!) and the person at the c

Well maybe there’s an advantage with being a local and being from the neighborhood. I’ve always came in a greeted them, showed respect, ordered my food and it was delicious. The braised dishes here are really delicious, and we order them every once in a while. They offer free shipping for out of state orders over $100. This is a new Chinese restaurant (that replaced a former longtime neighborhood Chinese spot) and I have to say it did not disappoint. First off, they accept credit cards which the former did not. Delivery time was quick and food was hot. (The chicken wings are large and fried perfectly. I will say I tried the plantains as well and they just didn't do it, sort of dry and seemed like they needed salt or something. The food is good! I usually call in advance and they've been able to recognize my order and everything is convenient. It's also family-owned, and I've been happy to support it in the community. Went to Rong Hang in Manhattan chinatown for dinner. tbh didn't expect much but the food is actually really good! You gotta get the sizzling short ribs and crawfish. The ribs came out sizzling on the plate, meat is super tender. And the crawfish is a HIDDEN MENU item! As someone from Hong Kong, I’ve tried many HK-style cafes in New York, and Fat Girl Kitchen has one of the closest flavors to what I grew up eating in Hong Kong. Their turnip cake is crispy on the outside, soft inside, and you can actually taste the radish texture — not overly powdery like some places. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the prices are very reasonable for authentic Cantonese comfort food. The egg tarts are buttery and flaky with a rich egg flavor, and the BBQ pork buns

It's a throw back to an older Chinese bakery. Which means excellent old fashioned baked goods and none of that trendy Italian/French influenced stuff. Which is good, but not when you just want a good old fashioned roast Pork bun. Still frequented by older locals. Which is nice. Service can be abrupt, but this is a place for locals, and for serious foodies.
