Birch Coffee has clearly gone downhill — both the coffee quality and the service have noticeably declined. Coffee is now often served in plain, cheap white disposable cups instead of real mugs, sometimes without any Birch branding at all. The photos included from before and after show the contrast clearly: what used to feel thoughtful and high-quality now feels careless and miserable.

We came here for a late breakfast! The service was great and the food was delicious! These two characterize the majority of their coffee chains! Service was quick and we were lucky to find a table since it was full! Their staff is professional and friendly!

as a boba tea head , i can confirm this is my favorite tea shop in the city. amazing flavor with the fruit drinks like milky blueberry and milky strawberry. if you want a refresher, get the jasmine lychee! the new addition ube bobo has become one of my favorite as well. one plus is some of the fruit drinks you can make it hot so it’s not unbearable in the winter!! i love everything about this shop even the cute bottles you can reuse for your commute coffee.

I came to the boats today and decided to eat at Bluestone lane. To my surprise, the food was amazing, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had the B.L.A.T.E avocado smash and lemon ricotta pancakes. The GM was also very attentive to us during our experience at the restaurant.

Place is clean but it's not stroller friendly to enter and order. Luckily I can place mobile orders but I couldn't look at the tumblers and mugs. If I push my stroller any closer I will block everyone. I wish they do something about the entrance to the register. I don't always like ordering on mobile. Drinks are on point, as usual. Staffs are quick during rush hour. They're a lot busier now since the one at the mall closed.

I usually love the Mocha Cookie Crumble and drink it almost every day, but this location was really disappointing. The drink was about 70% whipped cream, and the barista didn’t even give me a straw. After the whipped cream, there was nothing but a bland taste. It honestly felt like she didn’t want to make it properly. This was the worst one I’ve ever had — so bad that I couldn’t even finish it. I didn’t bother complaining, I just threw it away.

Talk about square FOOTAGE, this has to be one of the biggest Starbucks locations in Manhattan. Super spacious and very comfy, which allows plenty of seating options. Everything else is on par with the Starbucks quality.

Ordered their iced Mocha and it was so disappointing.. It tasted like diluted chocolate milk. You can’t taste the espresso at all.
