I hadn’t been here in a while, and coming back reminded me why I love this place so much. Dining here truly feels like you’re stepping into someone’s Italian grandmother’s home - warm, welcoming, and filled with food made with care. The restaurant is located in a 140+ year-old apothecary, and the interior still remains beautifully true to the spirit of its history, which adds so much charm and character to the experience. We started with the Ribollita, a traditional Florentine vegetable dish m

stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a try while walking around. The food was just average. I ordered bruschetta as an appetizer, margarita pizza, and radiator pesto pasta. pasta was incredibly mushy (for $33???) and the pizza was just plain. I’ve had better pizzas in my life. The bruschetta was just tomatoes and onions on a piece of bread, and a few of them were burnt and charred. The service was decent, but there was only one lady serving the entire restaurant. 5 stars for the outd

Went here after work to get a slice and was very impressed. The ambience of the place is spacious and has a feel of a real Italian pizzeria mixed with a rustic homey feel. A fish tank and nice vintage looking decor on the wall. The service was friendly and attentive. The gentleman behind the counter explained what was in each pie I asked about. I got my 2 slices within 5 min and the price was very fair for the quality you get. I got a grandmas slice and a white slice. The Dough was perfectly cru

Came here on a Tuesday evening and the restaurant was busy. The restaurant was beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations. There’s two dining areas. We were seated outside of the main dining area. We made a reservation. The table was ready for us but there was no staff/hostess and the bartender was on the phone. We saw three staffs and all greeted us but none of them asked if we needed help. We had a party of 7 and everybody was there standing by the door waiting. We ordered the appetizers

Apple store closed in Christmas unlike 24hours near Plaza. Thus, all crowds clustered to opposite staircase, Cipriani Dolci's entrance. Regardless of gusty wind occasionally at end table, still what a venue, great spot for grandeur, people watching too. Ended up eating main course initially dropped in just for coffee and dessert. Carpaccio is divine. Martini mixology good too although general pricing on steep side even for glass of prosecco and wines. Pasta comes in plate as well as griddle-

Tasty spot for pizza and and/or drinks located in the heart of the West Village. It does get crowded, particularly on weekends, so making a reservation in advance is the way to go. Both the Burrata pizza, with creamy cheese and fresh tomatoes, as well as the Soppressata pizza, with a perfect balance of sweet and spicy, are great items to order. Though the ambiance inside is also nice, I prefer their outdoor seating for a lively feel.

I generally make it a point to avoid restaurants in hotels - except when I'm in NYC. I've had some is the best meals in hotel restaurants. And Serafina, in the 2nd floor of The Time Hyatt is no exception. I had dinner there last night which was excellent, and then just popped down for a quick breakfast. It was quiet this morning with just a few tables full. Light jazz was playing and the waiter was quck to refill my coffee. I had a fontana and herb omelet that was well prepared. Nice amount of

I recently visited Saggio, a Sicilian restaurant, and found the experience mixed. The interior was inviting, with a warm and cozy atmosphere that made for a pleasant dining environment. As for the food, the fried calamari was decent—crispy and tender, but it lacked the standout flavor I was hoping for. The chicken was okay as well; it was well-cooked but didn't have the depth of seasoning I expected. Overall, while Saggio has a nice ambiance, the food could use some improvement to truly shine

I went to this decent and pretty reasonably priced Italian spot with a group a while back. The place inside is charming, though a bit small, and our group sat on a table in the back that was slightly elevated from the rest of the restaurant. The service was alright, being friendly but a bit slow and haphazard. For instance, I got my main dish much later than everyone else, and another person's appetizer arrived at basically the same time as their entree. To drink, I had the very tasty Oreri for

The restaurant is beautiful. The service great and atmosphere was cozy and modern chic. The food was slightly over priced for their portion size. The steak price was high with zero sides given which I think is silly. Considering this not a top notch steak house. 5/5! F&F is my current favorite cheese and pepperoni slice in NYC. I came here after seeing Babish rate their slice a 9.9, and happy to say my high expectations were met. Both the tomato sauce (a hint of a slight red wine flavor) and mozzarella cheese are extremely high quality and flavorful, but the real shining star of their pizza is the crust. We came in for coffee and dessert and I would say what stood out the most was the atmosphere. It has a very Paris vibe I would say.
