I ordered a Quarter Pounder through the drive thru and I was told park at curbside pick up. I was on a phone call and didn’t realize the length of time I was waiting until I got off the phone. My receipt says 3:34pm and I didn’t get my order until 3:56pm. This location has to do better with it’s staff

Just ordered delivery from this place. They sent me a the food with dried,old chicken and moldy cheese.. the cheese was all green and disgusting 🤮, do you guys did not see that or just did not give a shit about what you’re selling to others? Unacceptable 🤦🏽‍♀️

The service here for takeout is horrible. I ordered 4 celery packs they gave me two. When I asked for what I paid for the front desk lady stated she split my celery in two packs and caught an attitude when I said but that’s not what I paid for. I was supposed to have 8 ranch sauce and 1 large ranch sauce they felt it was okay to give me one small and one large ranch sauce. Omg, I came into this white castle this morning to get two breakfast sandwiches. And a cashier by the name of Adriana was at the front. She was so polite and helpful she made my whole morning. I had to ask her name because her customer service was superb. Please hire more people like her. Very bad experience during night hours. The staff working at night are extremely rude and disrespectful. They don’t know how to talk to customers and show no professionalism at all. I felt very uncomfortable with their attitude. McDonald’s should seriously improve their night shift service and train their staff properly.

Terrible management at this location. I tried to redeem a valid McDVoice survey code, and the manager told me it ‘cannot be used because I ordered through the mobile app.’ This is completely false. The McDVoice survey literally asks whether the order was placed by mobile app, kiosk, or counter, so claiming that mobile orders make the reward invalid is either a lie or pure incompetence. The manager clearly has no idea how the store’s own system works and tried to cover it up with a made-up rule

Absolutely recommended. I had the steak burrito bowl and it was fantastic. The fresh tortillas and house salsa were incredible and tasted genuinely homemade. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and made with care. On top of that, the service was warm and very kind. You can tell the people here really care about what they do. Definitely coming back

Lack of attention. While out Ordered a fish sandwich and received chicken. Immediate called the restaurant to ask what could be done as I was already on the other side of Brooklyn. This used to be a really good pizza spot, but things have totally changed. I paid $22 for two beef patties(both with cheese and pepperoni) and what was supposed to be a pepperoni roll. When I started to eat, I realized that the cheese was almost nonexistent. Could they spare it? Both patties barely had any taste and ended up in the garbage.
