Had to come here because it’s always full. First off the pizza is very good. I had the peppers one. But ngl it’s a bit pricey for just a 6 slice pie. $28. All I had was that , a bottle of still water and 2 cokes and it was $55. A bit crazy ngl but whatever. Outside of the price, it was good and the service was quick. 👍

Came here Saturday around 3/4 pm and despite its a small place, there’s enough room to seat. We ordered the shrimp and pork dumplings and the beef noodle soup. The dumplings was delicious, but the noodle soup had too much fat at the meat and not too much flavor.

As someone from Australia, I always look forward to coming to Auntie Anne’s. I have a dairy allergy and the team are always so kind and accommodating, they make me a fresh cinnamon pretzel separately and are really careful not to let it go near the butter. I really appreciate the extra care and great service. It makes such a difference and is one of the reasons I keep coming back, thank you!

Not just poorly cooked, but misrepresented—their “wild mushroom” pizza literally has white grocery store mushrooms. Even CPK manages to throw on a few fancier ones! They served us a rose wine not chilled, which is incorrect (we had to request an ice bucket to chill it ourselves - really?!). The duck carbonara was overcooked and totally bland. my friends and i came in here to watch the world cup game, we bought our tickets on a different website. we came in everything was good, we placed our orders, but it took FOREVER for our waters and drinks to come out. there was only two tables including us in the restaurant. our nachos also took forever to come out. the waiters were no where to be found. we had to get up MULTIPLE times for napkins and our drinks. the nachos we ordered was actually very good, but it didn't need to take that long

Very average experience. The prices are very high for what you get, typical in Times Square. The staff could be a lot friendlier. The food was good, but not great. Their Pork Soup Dumplings are okay but the outside was tough and undercooked. Their beef noodle had tasty noodles and broth, but the beef was very tough and chewy. Would not recommend this location if you're looking for an authentic experience.

My wife and I visited NYC during a blizzard and stopped to warm up with coffee and an almond milk matcha. They are top atmosphere is fun, coffee tasty and high quality, and the matcha was very healthy and could use some added sugar to sweeten it up. I visited today and had a disappointing experience. This is the second time I’ve had issues at this location. Last time my coffee was cold and tasted watered down. Today I also noticed the employee preparing drinks was not following hygienic practices, which made me uncomfortable. On top of that, the interaction felt rude. I’m sharing this because I hope management can improve both cleanliness and customer service.

When I order avocado toast its usually only 1 slice. This was 2 slices and was excellent! I gave the other have away to a homeless guy. Husband had the number 1 with sausage, chocolate croissant, and an apple strudel. All was amazing!
