The restaurant was nice and the hostess was very accommodating, allowing us to sit outside in the covered area with our two dogs. They even turned on heaters just for us since it was a bit chilly. My friend ordered the brunch prix fixe, which includes a brunch entree, drink and side for $32. She picked the contadina frittata with a side of polenta and a bloody mary. I was a little disappointed the brunch options didn’t include any paninis or even a small pasta, so I ordered off the regular menu

Cute place and cute atmosphere. We enjoyed the covered outside seating and the coffee was made well and tasted good. It did not upset my stomach which is huge for me, and that’s with good coffee beans! I thought it was funny the bathroom was a slice of the wall, tiny toilet, room for one leg. Some of the very best bagels I have had. Onion bagel has perfect texture and the onions were quality and plenty of them. Wonderful schmear of cream cheese. Cinnamon raisin bagel had wonderful taste and had it with butter and you know it's received plenty of butter as it comes through the wrapper. Rainbow cookies were good but have had better. Solid bar with a great set of local taps. Hudson Valley being there is my sign of high quality beer. For the food, get the eggplant balls. They're meaty, moist, and have a great tomato sauce. Wow! If you are vegan, you do not want to miss this. We ordered the lunch special which included 5 dumplings and maki for 19 dollars. The ginger beef and mango maki were the best. The five spice chicken was also delicious. The spicy tuna maki was nothing special but delicious anyway. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and great location near the MoMA.

The food is so nasty at this location. I got a baked potato that was hard as a rock. It wouldn't even break apart. The Nuggets weren't crispy. Some of them were burnt, and some of them were soft. The place is beautiful, the staff is so great and caring. I love it each time I come here, and in my opinion is one of the best Dominican restaurants in Manhattan specifically in Harlem. Best meal I’ve ever eaten in NY. Been staying in Brooklyn for a week now travelling all the boroughs. Wanted to support black owned business and it so happened to be Juneteenth when we came in. They have a variety of pizza options, reasonable pricing and quick and friendly service all located near the Broadway Theatres and Times Square. We found this on our first day in the city and went back several more times- it’s that delicious!!
