EAT looks great from the outside but the restaurant is very busy with some tight seating in some areas. Service is attentive but when we were ready to leave it was hard getting the bill. My wife loved her blintzes but my salad combo was just okay. Egg salad was fine but the tabbouleh was a little different than how I have had it before. She refused to give fresh rice and didn't even make it right when I finally got it, no citrus juice mixed w/the cilantro, put a bunch of salt, left the fajitas bin empty, then got defensive, and served them undercooked. Come on Panera! You can do much better. Employees are not taught to take ownership of their own store and managers don’t seem to be around managing issues. Food can be slow to come. But the biggest problem I have is that it is always dirty. Don’t put cones, clean it up. The place to return dishes are horribly maintained and soda machine floor is always sticky and no one ever seems to mop except end of day. The bad part is this place is actually in demand and many people come.

Really disappointed with my experience at this location. I asked for light ice on my strawberry açaí but the cup was 50% ice. Also the cup was not filled to the top. It was the serving of a tall in a grande cup. The other drinks I ordered were a cappuccino - it hardly had any foam and it was mostly milk than coffee.
