I purchased a scone this morning from a Gregory’s Coffee location in Midtown Manhattan. While I was eating it, I noticed multiple visible patches of mold (green/blue and dark spots) inside the product. I had already consumed part of the scone before realizing it was contaminated. This is a ready-to-eat baked item, and selling moldy food is a serious food safety violation. This was my first time trying this type of drink, and honestly, it was just okay. I ordered the Passion Fruit Refresher with green tea 🍵. It wasn't bad, but it felt very basic for the price, especially in NYC where there are so many bubble tea 🧋 options. It feels like you’re paying more for the marketing and the pretty cup than for a unique flavor.

Decided to stop in here for a few drinks after having lunch and am SO HAPPY that we did. Roughly a dozen German beers on tap, along with a selection of wines, sangria and mimosas. After a while we ended up talking to the owners and they are truly some wonderful people. We talked about Greece, Greek coffee and a plethora of things. It really ended up being one of the highlights of our NY trip. Didn't try the food but will definitely do that the next time we visit as the menu looks amazing.

Whenever I go to a coffee shop—especially a local one—I prefer getting my drink in a proper cup instead of those plastic ones. Found this fab pub close to our hotel. Loved the food so much we went back the next day. Pizza of the day on our first day was Bacon, jalapeños, pineapple and mozzarella and they did that same pizza on our 2nd visit when we asked them. Crust was amazing toppings fresh and plentiful.
