Love this chill little oasis is the chinatown swirl. Simple yet innovative dishes at reasonable prices - almost feels like an anomaly in modern manhattan. Can be relied upon for something tasty every time. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner all shine here. Feels a bit “undiscovered” and that’s ok with me, as it also feels busy enough to to sustain itself. I had such a great experience at Ootoya Union Square. The food tasted super fresh and everything we ordered was delicious. We picked this place out of the two spots that were literally across from each other. my friend wanted breakfast for lunch so he ordered breakfast quesadilla and I got the pernil with rice and beans. Food was good very friendly and attentive service until towards the end of my friend’s meal. He was almost reaching his last bite when we found a pubic hair in his home fries. He almost puked out. That was very disappointing and disgusting to say the least. kinda ruined the whole meal.

I’m biting into my sandwich and I find myself biting into some type of paper! Just makes me laugh because how can you fail this bad. Paper so thick I thought the cheese was burnt and crispy until I looked down.

Cafe Auburndale felt cozy, love the vibes in there. My encounter with the young female worker kinda ruined my first time experience here, when I asked her what the ingredients were in a certain item, she told me to read the sign instead of kindly telling me. while walking away from the register as if she wasn’t interested in helping me. But The coffee and matcha was good. I’ll probably visit again one day since I like giving places second chances.

A wonderful breakfast. Everything is served neatly and with care: crispy, hot fritters with a soft texture inside, paired with fresh sauces that complement them perfectly. I go to this location several times a week since I work remotely. I was so impressed with the guy working on Thursday. (First time seeing him) He's is very slim and has the round Harry Potter glasses. He has such an amazing personality and so polite. Please tell him to keep up that customer service. It's amazing

We went to celebrate one of my friend's birthday and the staff was outstanding! The chef and the waitress went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. The food and the sake were amazing as well. We had a great variety of sushi for the omakase. Everything was so delicious. One of the best omakase experience that I've had in NYC.

Amazing restaurant. Beautiful aesthetics and the owners are super nice and so is the bartender. They have an amazing happy hour all week. It's a super welcoming environment. The prices are super reasonable. Just be aware that gratuity is added to the bill. I have to go back and try their food.

Fun spot to watch some soccer with some very friendly bartenders. The house ale was also delicious. No food but they allow you to bring your own. They also have an agreement with a Mexican restaurant next door to have it brought inside.

I've visited this Starbucks several times, and during peak rushes the staff often seem overwhelmed due to understaffing. Despite that, Angi was consistently kind, patient, and considerate. She maintained a positive attitude even while handling a very busy environment, and her customer service stood out. This is usually the Dunkin I come to every morning before work. I usually order on the app and pick it up. A couple times when I was finishing my coffee I saw coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup. My wife stopped in for dinner tonight. Atmosphere is beautiful but the food is really mid. Pasta on both dishes were hard, I got the Cacio e Pepe 26$ dish for very mild sauce and pasta was hard so basically undercooked. Wife dish sauce was good but again pasta undercooked. Wow When you think of Southern Italian food, this place is number 1. ​We started with the calamari, and it was so fresh I honestly thought they caught it right on the shores of Calabria. The chicken was incredible perfectly prepared, juicy, and served on the bone, just the way it should be. Dropped by here before attending a conference. Loved the overall vibe and decor of the place. I ordered a Masala Chai Latte which was very delish and flavorful and service was quick. One of my friends got latte art on top of their drink which was cute.
