I should’ve known how the night was going when the USA got eliminated by Belgium… because Buffalo Wild Wings eliminated my patience too. The place was clearly understaffed. We waited almost an hour for our food, nobody came by for drink refills, and we spent more time staring at the table than watching the game. Then she said my ordered of big breakfast with hotcakes does not come with hotcakes when I know what I ordered on ubereats and I have the receipt. I went to pick up food on Saturday, June 6, between 4:30 and 5:00 a.m. One guy—the heavy-set one—started insulting me and complaining in his own language that he didn't want to work; his coworker joked around with him, but then he started picking a fight with me. Really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a chicken nugget Happy Meal for my child — one of the simplest orders possible — and when we got home and opened the box, the nuggets were not in there. I shouldn’t have to double-check a basic order before leaving the store. It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and realize the main item wasn’t even included. Attention to detail and customer service clearly need improvement here. I won’t be returning.

We have been here twice during our stay in the Upper East Side. Both times the food and service have been great. All the seafood was great, but I would sell my left kidney for the mussels alla vodka!
