I have watched someone walk in and intentionally steal my own order off the mobile pickup shelf and there have been multiple other times where my order is stolen before I even arrive. I recently ordered catering for my party from The Bagel Parlor and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the owner Gerardo was professional, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. First time visiting this place and I’m in love with it! The girl with black hair in a ponytail helped us out and she was very kind and made us feel welcome. The food came out quick and hot. My dad and I had the croissant sandwiches and they definitely beat Dunkin. I had the Honey Kiss latte, which was one of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time. Placed a mobile order on my son’s behalf. He went with the receipt to get it, and then they said they never got it. Later, they changed the story and said they can’t give it to him because he didn’t place the order himself even though he had all the verification. This place is such a hidden gem. They have an open kitchen concept where you can watch desserts and pastries being freshly prepared. I had plans to visit this mall and this was one of the places I wanted to check out. They have good amount of staff so you won't wait long to be attended. They have pretzels, cookies and brownies and drinks available aswell. I decided to try the peanut brownie to eat there and bought s few cookies to take home. Keep in mind they sell by the pound. So if you're in the mall definitely stop by and pick something up. Store is located on the 1st level towards the back.

One of the best local shops in the area for coffee and pastries. The barista works diligently to make the most perfect coffee. The pastries here (whole cakes, smaller tarts, pies, croissants and cookies etc.) are made in the backroom and fresh. They have a fridge for cold drinks as well. I asked for an iced caramel latte. One of the lady hands it to me and it’s purely milk with maybe a splash of espresso, and no caramel syrup. I kindly ask her to make it again with less milk,more espresso, and for them to put the syrup in there. She says okay, remakes it, and slams the drink on the counter. It tasted a little better but still not what I asked for. Very rude and I won’t be back.

$4 for a hot cross bun, $20 for half a dozen and $40 for a dozen. The size of their hot cross bun might be the largest among all five bakeries I’ve tried in NYC. The dough was apparently denser than others, loaded with big pieces of raisins and candied citrus. If you like denser bread you might like their buns. The honey glaze brushed on top is enjoyable. The golden brown surface is slightly crispy. I don’t know why but the white cross icing fainted on my bun though.

The food was great, all intact, donuts, croissants, munchkins, refreshers, rolls, and you name it! The atmosphere was noisy, loud from outside, motorcycles reving outside. The service was astonishing slow. They had to get 2 people's orders that didn't order from the app before me, and they literally came after I came in the store. Also the tables were filled with napkins, not as crowded as it seems.

Small but nice branch I loved the fact that they have tables. Sometimes I’m looking to drink a coffee with a friend or my self only. But this branch you can actually sit and eat there. My wife overheard a lady rave about vegan cake so good you wouldn’t know it was vegan. With limited options at chain bakery she asked for the recommended bakery. She drove from the Bronx and arrived at Rose Valley a haven of delicious allergy free desserts. Owner and wife embellished the cake even more. Our daughter stunned and overjoyed that it was vegan. While visiting from Boston, I stumbled upon Ferrane in Brooklyn Heights, a sunlit, modern Swedish bakery with a clean aesthetic and a warm, welcoming feel. Just a minute from the subway, it’s easy to find and absolutely worth a visit. Ferrane serves excellent coffee paired with delicious European treats, both sweet and savory. I come here all the time. And one day I have noticed that they have a mouse trap underneath the counter where they make coffees and bagels. This has shocked me because I thought their service had no rodent problems, but when I have noticed this mouse trap underneath the counter as you can see in the photo where they make coffees and food! This was very surprising. This shows to me that these workers and business are unsanitary. I am very grossed out and I’m never coming here again.

I have been going here for years. The prices went up but the service and food still remains the same. I get the scrambled eggs, Beef sausage and home fries. That also come with a toasted butter roll and juice, coffee or tea. The cost used to be $6 to $7 now it's $9. I still get the breakfast because it's good and you get a good serving on home fries n eggs but 1 piece of beef sausage.

Magnolia is amazing, and this location did not disappoint. The staff were helpful; we ordered a classic banana pudding cup and the salter caramel brownie banana pudding. Great tasting but hit or miss with the writing on the cake (poor penmanship). Since 2022 started i may have bought 3-4 cakes from here. One had a weird air bubble form on top. The next had bad writing, the next one was the most beautiful one for my 66year old mom! There is a new young man there, he does the best writing on the cake. Also check that your cake that the icing is not crystallized.

Ordered a fresh fruit cake from them today. OMG 😱 look at this cake canned peaches and canned pineapples and only a few pieces of fresh fruits on the top and a little bit of small pieces of fresh fruits in between. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

Best chicken patty I’ve tasted in my life. The beef was good but I tasted better. The spinach patty was delicious! The coconut drop 🤤 so good! They have a good selection of baked Jamaican treats and pastries, breads etc.. I’ll definitely be back!

Some of the best bagels i’ve ever had. My favorite is the sesame bagel toasted with jalapeno cream cheese. you could tell their cream cheeses are very fresh even by my jalapeno cream cheese, you could tell those peppers were sliced fresh and mixed into the cream cheese. Big difference compared to other store-bought cream cheeses I’ve had.
