Cash-only steak icon where old-school waiters serve aged beef in a German beer hall setting.
Had a great experience at Peter Luger Steak House. The steak was the highlight—huge, flavorful, and perfectly cooked medium rare. We ordered the steak for 3, and it was enough for our group of 6 to enjoy. 🥩 The burger was good, though a little dry for my taste. 🍔 The staff were very accommodating, allowing us to add one more guest at the last minute despite having a reservation for 5. Special thanks to Marian, our server, who was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. 😊 Would definite

Best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Every part of the burrito is made with care and attention (so they each take a while to make by the excellent cooks behind the counter) but it is worth the wait. The homemade salsas alone make me want to go back. Also don’t skip the mushroom and nopale tétela and the horchata latte. Cutest backyard, will definitely go back.

I was really hesitant about going here because a falafel for $14 is too much but then I got talked into it and it was one of the best tasting I’ve had. The pitta is definitely better quality and all the additions, toppings and sauces really bring a wonderful flavor profile. The falafel is cooked well. They only serve falafel sandwich or salad and I can appreciate a focus and a small menu. The fries with the fermented black lime was ok for me. I didn’t really love the smell and the flavor was ok.

Celebrated locale with covered outdoor seating, turning out classic old-world pies and slices, plus inventive flavor combinations.
Can be a bit packed (I stopped by on a Wednesday around 2p), but the pizza is yummy 😋 I ordered the L'industrie Slice and was very satisfied. Great flavor and texture. Perfect for a quick bite. I visited from DC after hearing about it from my hair stylist, who has friends/family in Williamsburg. It's now one of my future go-tos, whenever I visit Brooklyn again!

I usually get their small fruit tarts which is one of my favorites, so I had my boyfriend preorder a 10in for my mother for Mother’s Day… we were so disappointed. The cake had a thicker than normal layer at the bottom, which tasted raw. Not enough custard to balance out the fruits or the base. I felt as if I was eating a raw cookie with a bunch of fruits on top. More effort could have been put into it.

The hype about the Pulled Pork Benedict is justified! Wow! There's a dish that worked perfectly! I had the Avo Toast and it was just as good. We had made an early reservation for 9am, just when they opened, which was probably a good idea as the restaurant filled up quickly so there was a few people waiting by time we left. I can see why! Service was very good, the atmosphere was lovely, price was about right and the coffee was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

We came to Fandi Mata for brunch and had a great experience overall. The food was delicious, and we especially loved the pitcher of the passion fruit cocktail, it was super tasty and refreshing. The space itself is very cool and has a great vibe. The only downside was the DJ/music was way too loud for 1pm brunch, making it really hard to hear each other at the table. Still a fun spot and definitely worth checking out!

Exceptional high-elevation coffee and gallery vibes in Brooklyn. Heard a lot of high praise about their LA flagship, so we made the drive down to check out this new Brooklyn outpost over the weekend. As expected, the shop was packed, but we were able to snag a small window table with barely a wait. The interior design was stunning. The varied, multi-colored wood decor gave the entire space the curated, minimalist feel of an art gallery (very reminiscent of those hyper-aesthetic, design-forward

I’ve been coming to Shiro Sushi almost every week because the food can be good. However, the biggest issue is consistency, and lately it’s been getting worse. The flavors are not always the same from visit to visit. One time I was served food that was cold, and on another visit I unfortunately found plastic in my food, which was very disappointing and concerning. Service has also been inconsistent. Had such a lovely experience at Sunday In Brooklyn! Our waiter Nico was incredibly nice, attentive, and pleasant throughout the meal — he really made us feel welcome. I tried the Salsiccia Spicy with tomato and feta cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. But the real standout was the focaccia… honestly something out of this world! Fresh, fluffy, and unforgettable. The iced matcha latte was just okay compared to how amazing the food was, but overall it was still a wonderful dining experience.

We’ve been going to Pies ‘n’ Thighs for a while and we always enjoy the food! We recommend the chicken and waffles, chicken sandwich, tenders box, French fries, and mac and cheese. The chicken is very tender and crispy, which is impressive. We especially enjoyed their pastries, specifically their toffee pecan donut and cinnamon roll. So soft and perfect for sharing because of how big they are! Overall, this is a great place for breakfast and brunch:)

This was my first time at Williamsburg Bathhouse, I had a wonderful time and felt very relaxed. Absolutely all the staff are welcoming, friendly and polite. The changing rooms and the entire area are very clean. The rooftop pool and the view are stunningly beautiful! There weren't too many people, and there was enough space for everyone. All the visitors were respectful to each other. I didn't see anything negative that I had read in some of the reviews. Every 1.5 hours there's an Aufguss ceremo

I first came to Sweet Chick in 2016 and am so happy to report that the food is still as good as it was then. They have expanded the menu since then but quality remains the same. They make the menu very vegetarian accessible (they even have vegetarian fried chicken!). Food came out quickly and waitstaff were nice. Great prices for NYC too. Highly recommend.

Had to try the classic Joe’s Pizza. Really great service, our late night slices were ready in minutes. Ate outside and will definitely go again at this location

I had an outstanding experience at this Mediterranean-inspired restaurant. We ordered several mezze to share, and honestly, they were probably the best I’ve ever had. Everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly executed. The bread alone was amazing. The service was impressively fast — we were served in under ten minutes — without ever feeling rushed. Absolutely in LOVE with this spot! If you're in for a sweet treat, this is THE spot to go to. I highly recommend the horchata latte! You can feel all the love and whimsy in this place from that hint of sweetness in that latte. The barista, Fio, is such a sweetheart 😘🫴❤️! She really made the place so welcoming and enjoyable. Balera has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Williamsburg. Lively with the disco ball, music, and late-night energy, but still relaxed enough to actually enjoy a long dinner and conversation. I’ve been a few times now and it’s consistently good. This is the second restaurant of this chain I've visited during my trip to this large and complex city; the first one was in an upscale area, I'd say, and it was dirty, and the customer service was just average. But this establishment is clean, located in a very busy area or neighborhood. There's no mess, it's clean, the food is served quickly, and the customer service is excellent, which I attribute to the Latino staff who served me so kindly. Carefully sourced Colombian coffee served in a light-filled, brick-lined space with leather sofas.
Alleged to be the best coffee in Brooklyn! Their claim to fame is quick supply chain - from harvest to roasting in 7 days, then they serve it 3 days later. No storage, very fresh. And it’s quite good, but not as good as Manhattan’s best. Nicer to hang out, though. What a beautiful space! Long line but moves quickly enough that it’s ok. The coffee is medium roast, smooth taste. The milk is foamed 4/5, not the perfect “wet paint” texture, bubbles a bit too big. I’m nitpicking, I admit. Guava crois

Food was great family style Italian, staff was as friendly as you’d expect New Yorkers to be, straight to the point and we got what we needed, no frills. Vintage video games (Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, etc.) & beer lure patrons to this Williamsburg bar.
A really cool bar that also has lots of vintage arcade machines, that the clients can play at while having a drink which is such a unique experience. We cam here on a Sunday early noon, tried to avoid the rain and find a cool activity we can do inside, and this bar came up. Even though we're not hard core gamers, we still though it would be a nice way to pass the time, and we were absolutely right! We played some games, had a drink, and went on to the next stop.
