Had a great experience at Peter Luger Steak House. The steak was the highlight—huge, flavorful, and perfectly cooked medium rare. Best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Every part of the burrito is made with care and attention (so they each take a while to make by the excellent cooks behind the counter) but it is worth the wait. The homemade salsas alone make me want to go back. Also don’t skip the mushroom and nopale tétela and the horchata latte. Cutest backyard, will definitely go back.

I was really hesitant about going here because a falafel for $14 is too much but then I got talked into it and it was one of the best tasting I’ve had. The pitta is definitely better quality and all the additions, toppings and sauces really bring a wonderful flavor profile. The falafel is cooked well. They only serve falafel sandwich or salad and I can appreciate a focus and a small menu. The fries with the fermented black lime was ok for me. I didn’t really love the smell and the flavor was ok.

Walked in on a Saturday for lunch!!! An amazing vibe with wonderful staff, the food was delicious and the drinks were very strong! They also had a dj who kept the vibe very lively. I will definitely be back!

I usually get their small fruit tarts which is one of my favorites, so I had my boyfriend preorder a 10in for my mother for Mother’s Day… we were so disappointed. The cake had a thicker than normal layer at the bottom, which tasted raw. Not enough custard to balance out the fruits or the base. I felt as if I was eating a raw cookie with a bunch of fruits on top. More effort could have been put into it.

The hype about the Pulled Pork Benedict is justified! Wow! There's a dish that worked perfectly! I had the Avo Toast and it was just as good. We had made an early reservation for 9am, just when they opened, which was probably a good idea as the restaurant filled up quickly so there was a few people waiting by time we left. I can see why! We came to Fandi Mata for brunch and had a great experience overall. The food was delicious, and we especially loved the pitcher of the passion fruit cocktail, it was super tasty and refreshing. The space itself is very cool and has a great vibe. The only downside was the DJ/music was way too loud for 1pm brunch, making it really hard to hear each other at the table. Had such a lovely experience at Sunday In Brooklyn! Our waiter Nico was incredibly nice, attentive, and pleasant throughout the meal — he really made us feel welcome. I tried the Salsiccia Spicy with tomato and feta cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. But the real standout was the focaccia… honestly something out of this world! Fresh, fluffy, and unforgettable. The iced matcha latte was just okay compared to how amazing the food was, but overall it was still a wonderful dining experience.

We’ve been going to Pies ‘n’ Thighs for a while and we always enjoy the food! We recommend the chicken and waffles, chicken sandwich, tenders box, French fries, and mac and cheese. I first came to Sweet Chick in 2016 and am so happy to report that the food is still as good as it was then. They have expanded the menu since then but quality remains the same. They make the menu very vegetarian accessible (they even have vegetarian fried chicken!). Food came out quickly and waitstaff were nice. Great prices for NYC too. Highly recommend.

Had to try the classic Joe’s Pizza. Really great service, our late night slices were ready in minutes. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the Williamsburg area. No matter which slice you get, each has that beautiful undercarriage with perfect cheese to sauce ratio. They even offer vegan slices which not many slice shops offer. The staff is quick but very courteous. Interior is loud but it's that lively friendly kind. Overall just a great pizza joint.
