Local institution with a wide variety of traditional Italian cookies, pastries, cakes & gelato.
This is a wonderful Italian Bakery with a very wide selection of pastries and cakes. They are beautifully displayed and not only beautifully displayed but look incredibly done with such detail in each one. We tried quite a few pastries and cookies. My favorite one was the chocolate-covered cannoli. My granddaughter loved the coconut mousse individual cake. We also had the individual chocolate mousse cake and the chocolate lava cake. The mousse cake was another favorite. I felt the lava cake was

Haven’t had a shark burger since I moved to NYC from South Carolina. They eat us—we eat them. And this one was well worth it. (Not an easy menu item to find in the Big Apple.) The serving was huge—two sizable shark fillets, with the works, on a toasted bun. The plantains were just as delectable. And the original hot sauce was hot and tangy—maybe that’s mango in there? Homemade tartar sauce too. Yes, your order is going to take a few extra minutes—but there’s a sign that tells you that. So if

Louisiana-inspired fast-food chain known for its crispy fried chicken, chicken sandwiches & fries.
This is the kind of chicken they are serving people. Black, overcooked, dry. And apparently "all of the spicy look like that". If you care about yourself and where your money goes, do not spend your money here. The classic chicken is undercooked and tasteless and the spicy chicken is burnt/black/overcooked. What is this?? You all deserve better than this. Last time here. Go to another Popeyes where they aren't charging 54 cents per sauce- cheap and shameless!

Spacious, industrial-chic gay bar with a bustling after-work scene fueled by a nightly happy hour.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this Industry bar in New York on April 4, 2026 around 9 PM was really disappointing—mainly because of the bouncer at the door. I completely understand that checking IDs is part of the job, but it’s the way it was done that was the problem. I was asked for my ID in a very rude and aggressive manner, with zero professionalism or basic respect. It felt unnecessary and honestly uncomfortable, like I was being talked down to for no reason. Cool diner with 1940s decor & sidewalk seats dishing up hearty takes on burgers, hot dogs & shakes.
I love a good burger and shake and am so glad that Harlem Shake has an outpost in Park Slope! We stumbled upon it yesterday and were intrigued (I grew up in Harlem but well before they opened their first one there). The retro Art Deco vibe was immediate and transported you to an earlier, simpler time where you could take it easy and have a good time. You order at the counter (Steph took our order, and he's a pleasure to talk with) and then take a seat while they prepare your meal. The Boys To Th

The staff was extremely friendly and the food was delicious. I was visiting NY from another country, and very quickly, the friendly staff engaged in conversation and provided top class service. Dinner one night, lunch the next day, and a takeaway of mauby and turnovers.

Richly designed space for Mediterranean crudos, pastas, and roasted dishes, with a cafe and bar.
Interesting experience but quality food. Firstly, after asking 3 people from bar tender to front desk, nobody knew where my event was. The food was flavorful and tasty but steak was a little cold. As we had the private room we needed to go through the kitchen to use the bathroom. So it was good because of the people, conversation, ambiance and overall food. It was timely, portioned and flavorful. Just bring the bread before appetizers please.

Went last night with friends. This pub has been of high interest in Jackson Heights since it is our new and only pub! It took a while to get gas approved to open the kitchen so it was operating as a bar only for many months. As of last month, though, the kitchen is operational! Went with friends last night for dinner. We all enjoyed our drinks and meals and are so glad to have this local option when we don't feel like traveling to Sunnyside or Woodside for pub food. I arrived with my partner 10 minutes before they opened as we had heard great reviews for their limited irish breakfast plate and were the only ones waiting at the door when let inside. However, staff did not acknowledge us and took atleast 7 other people orders before they took ours despite being the first to arrive. Service here is awful. Waited for 40 minutes for food. This is one of our favorite bars, we come here at least once a week. The drink menu has a little bit of everything: cocktails, beers, seltzers, margarita pints! It’s a great place to hang out for a few hours, play some board games, and just chill. The décor is exactly what you’d expect from a place called Boobie Trap. It’s rarely too crowded, so you can almost always grab a seat at the bar or one of the tables. They open at noon (yes, noon, early drinkers, rejoice!), and there’s an amazing piz

I had quite the disappointing experience at this place. After getting stared at when walking in, we were seated in the very back of the restaurant. While everyone received their beers in pint glasses, ours were served in plastic cups…strange. We also experienced issues with the food, both of the burgers we ordered were completely raw in the center. Once we told them this, they recooked the same burgers, switching them on the wrong plate. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend. What a sham

Mad for Chicken in Sunnyside is a fun, casual spot with seating both at street level and in the basement. The interiors have a rustic, warm pub-style feel. Very disappointing experience. My friends were already inside watching the Morocco vs. Brazil game, and we thought we could join them since there was space available. We were not trying to skip the line. There were only a few people standing around chatting, and we genuinely didn’t realize that was the line.
