I needed a caffeine fix and came across this spot by chance. What a great find! The mocha lattes were outstanding and the service was just as good. As one customer was leaving with their coffee, they turned to me and said, "this is the best coffee in the city." I could not argue with that! This place is definitely on my list to return to.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful even when my wife and I pulled up 15min before opening with a stroller and our 2 month old. The manager Erik helped us store our stroller and even set us with up with a little area to nurse our child. 10/10! Super friendly staff and everything was delicious. I went in anticipating oxtails but they were out, so I opted for jerk chicken, Mac and cheese and rice and peas. Literally the most flavorful rice and peas I’ve ever had! Mac was tasty and well seasoned and the jerk chicken was the perfect blend of tang and spice. I looked forward to having leftovers but ate the entire plate in one sitting. Will definitely be back :))

MAKI is a great casual spot, especially with its super convenient location right by CBS. The salmon don is excellent — fresh, flavorful, and very satisfying. The tuna bowl is also delicious and offers great value for the price. Prices are very reasonable overall, and the staff are friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Definitely a reliable go-to for a quick and tasty meal.

Listen. I don’t even like going to bars. I would much rather stay home. But the C list is not just a bar; the C list is a place in my neighborhood where I feel happy and safe. The drinks are incredible. Go see a show in Manhattan and get a $25 espresso martini. Come back to the C list and get a better one for $12 (make sure you tip the difference!). Hibiscus mules taste like marionberries. Best bar in Brooklyn.

Solid portion size for the price. The pork belly bao was good, but I was hoping for more depth of flavor. It had a basic salty taste. The popcorn chicken was fried amazingly but it didn’t have much seasoning on it. Maybe it’s because it comes with sauce on the side. I ordered the chicken wrap through a delivery service. It was filled about half as full compared to the last time I purchased it in store. I unwrapped it, and there's significantly less chicken in it this time. 90% or more of one half of the sandwich was just lettuce and the tortilla folded up. The sandwich alone (no sides) is 13.99 on the app, which is the 2nd highest priced entree on the entire menu. This is ridiculous for the price.

I’m so happy I took a chance on this restaurant. I love Chinese food but stopped eating it because every restaurant in my area became pretty gross. The last time I ordered from a spot I was shocked how bad the food was. Ya could check my reviews to avoid that spot & details. However this restaurant has me ordering regularly again. This bakery and hungry ghost bakery in Northampton, Massachusetts are the best bakeries I have ever been to for sourdough bread.
