This location is a disgrace, and it is 100% the fault of management, not the employees. I swear they are just selling day-old leftovers grabbed from other stores. The donuts are stale, the bagels are rock hard, and to top it off, the coffee tastes completely watery. Management has completely given up on quality control. Save your money and go anywhere else .

I came here and got a lox bagel (Member of the Tribe on the menu) around 2pm on a weekday. There was no wait and excellent service. I got it to-go but there’s around 3 tables for seating, definitely not suitable for large groups dining in. I added tomatoes, onions, and capers to my bagel in addition to the lox and it was a pretty solid and delicious lox bagel. It was around $20 for a lox sandwich. I look forward to going again.

I come to this store pretty often cause it comes in way to college, and it never disappoints. The coffee is always fresh, and I usually get donuts, bagels, or a sandwich, everything tastes good and is made right. The staff is super friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. Disrespectful staff. Went in yesterday and asked what time they were going to start selling the dunkin buckets. They told me today at 10 am. So imagine my surprise when I’m getting calls from friends at 7 am telling me they sold all the buckets. I got there and they all looked at me like I had 7 heads and was asked why I wasn’t there earlier. I asked them why they told me 10 am if they were actually selling the buckets at opening and they told me it was because people were ordering them at 7 am.

Chill atmosphere and vegan cream cheese options make for an enjoyable experience. Great bagels (at least to this out-of-towner) and friendly staff. Pick up the NYTimes across the street at 7-11 for a complete experience.

I was recommended this bakery for cakes from a stranger, actually! And it definitely did not disappoint!! I asked for a very specific cake (for my baby's 1st birthday), sent them a picture and they were able to recreate it perfectly! This Dunkin is always so rude. Specifically the colorful haired girl at night. Was going almost every night for coffee. Never was rude to her but she always had an attitude and would throw your food into your car. As well as the drive thru chunky guy with the brown hair he is SO RUDE. Light, perfectly balanced tres leches—finally one that isn’t overly sweet or soggy. The texture held up really well, which is rare. The Oreo and chocolate flavors were both rich without being overwhelming. Definitely one of the better tres leches I’ve had.

Best Dunkin location in Brooklyn by far. My wife and I live in NJ now and the Dunkin in Brooklyn is by far better. In overall quality of coffee and food. The coffee is definitely made right here. My parents and wife go out of their way to go to this Dunkin. The Baskin Robbin’s is so convenient when we want ice cream too. The owner Danny is very nice as well. My dad had a problem one day and he gave my dad his personal number. Inside is usually well kept. The drink refrigerator is always stocked.

We came here nearly every day on our recent trip since it was close to where we were staying. Their menu is huge. They have something for everyone. I tried an egg-everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese one day and a bagel with cream cheese and lox. The coffee was good. The people are friendly and the service is fast.

This location is the nest super convenient to me besides the one (walking distance from my house), this one has a drive-thru and like 5 mins. from my job. I love visiting Amy’s Bread every time I visit Chelsea Market in New York City! The coffees taste amazing, and their bagels and pastries are wonderful! The staff members are always friendly and welcoming. It does get busy, and seating inside or near Amy’s Bread can be difficult to find. However, it is an amazing experience every time we visit! It’s the perfect breakfast spot while shopping around Chelsea Market. I highly recommend Amy’s Bread and look forward to visiting again soon!
