Food is mediocre. The taro and duck rice noodle, soup tastes good and light, and taro is well cooked but the duck is impossible. The soup uses red yeast a red wine as seasoning, so there is a unique taste. No tip is required in this restaurant

Food is decent. The wings are the best to me personally. The steam vegs are good as well. They don’t play with their money. If you are short even $.05 NO FOOD FOR YOU!!!! Other than the money part I don’t see any problem with them. Also if you park in McDonald’s parking lot keep on eye on tow trucks. I suggest ordering on the phone park real quick then go pick the food up and then GET OUT OF THERE!

Chow mein, egg rolls & other typical Chinese dishes round out the menu at this simple counter-serve.
Consistently good inexpensive takeout. The combo plates are my go-to, cheap and enough food for two meals. The dining area isn’t anything special but I only ever order takeout so that doesn’t matter. Lots of people say they catch an attitude from staff but I’ve never experienced that. They’re just keeping it moving.

Utterly disgusted and disappointed. While eating one of your chicken buns, I discovered a piece of plastic inside. This is absolutely unacceptable and poses a serious choking hazard. I purchase your products expecting safe, quality food, not dangerous foreign objects that could cause injury. This level of negligence is alarming and makes me question your food safety and quality control standards. Will be throwing everything out!

Solid spot, been coming here a few times now and it hasn't disappointed. The food is always fresh and the portions are more than enough. Spicy noodles are a must. Place is small and simple but that's part of the charm. Staff is straightforward, no fuss. Prices are fair, especially for Brooklyn. Parking can be a bit annoying depending on the time but worth the hassle. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a quick and satisfying meal.

Loved this spot in Flushing! The yogurt (original, mango, and Yangzhi Ganlu) was rich and not too sweet, with a super creamy top layer. The chicken rice noodles were flavorful, and the beef skewers were juicy. Definitely coming back!

My favorite restaurant in the Bronx. I moved away to PA and def miss the mixed vegetables with white rice and I love their fried rice and half chicken well done. Every time I go now I get these foods. Fresh and tasty. Staff is nice too. Best Asian fried chicken in castlehill. And everything else is seasoned well and always has onions or beansprout. They’re not cheap with their food.

Tried their Dim Sum!! Not bad! Service was great! Some items where a bit on the dry side but most were flavorful!! Ambiance was nice!! This has to be some of the best pastrami and pork belly I have ever had! This was so incredibly delicious! I couldn’t eat it all the bowl was so large! The price was just right for all that you get! I am still flabbergasted at how good the food was. This might be the best food in all of Grand Central! Cannot recommend this spot enough. There are a decent amount of seating all throughout.

Chinese noodle place along 2nd Ave in the UES. Prices are not bad given in Manhattan. Decent taste, actually great bang for your buck. Space is tight, 3 tables and a couple of bar / counter seating. Good for 2 people max. Most people buy to go or pick ups. They also have the choice of Egg noodle vs Rice noodle. I prefer Egg noodle over their rice noodle. Overall, reasonably priced noodle soup in the UES. Tight space, as they only have 3 tables.

Spacious and casual self-serve individual hotpot spot. You can grab a clean bowl and tongs from the clean cutlery cabinet. Grab your veggies first, then starch/carbs and lastly protein. Take it to the cashier to get it weighed, pic your base and pay. They give you one of the pagers which beeps when your food is ready. They also have a sauce and water station. If you want to buy a drink grab it before you get in line from the refrigerators next to the cashier. I like their original bone broth- me

Do not pay for your food until the food is handed over to you! I paid up front for $10, I gave a $20 and got $10 back for change. When I was handed the food, the lady asked me for another $13.25. I told her I already paid, she insisted I didn't pay and got physically defensive. She's behind this tall counter, and she shrivels like I was going to jump over the counter. I ended up paying her the $13.25 and left with my food. I'm never going back to that place again, like, who's being robbed here?

Chef Chang Express is one of my go-to spots in Manhattan for quick and delicious Chinese food. The lunch special is such a great deal — $11.99 for 2 entrees and 1 side, and the portions are super generous. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, especially the crispy chicken and fried rice. Service was fast, staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean too. Definitely worth checking out if you want a satisfying meal without spending too much!

I can say this is probably one of the worst Chinese foods I’ve had in Queens. I ordered a staple half chicken with pork fried rice. No flavor/bland and the fried chicken tasted old. I also ordered Crab wontons those were alright. Disappointed will not be ordering from here again. A waste of 25$. Do not waste your money. Order elsewhere in Whitestone. Rude over the phone and in person.

TLDR; Original Brooklyn style Chinese takeout with a little flair. The vibe in here is great, maybe a little too many things hanging from the ceiling, but otherwise the design and decor was nailed. For the order we got two drinks, which were really good- interesting flavors with Lyle pops of spice and flavor. The good here was cooked extremely well….. BUT!! The good dishes we tried: - egg roll was stellar - cold noodles were good but the noodles are pasta🤨 - shrimp and broccoli are great -

My recent meal at 家有炖罐 was a great example of how traditional Chinese cooking can be both comforting and deeply rooted in culture and history. The beef fried rice showed strong basic technique. Fried rice dates back to ancient China as a way to use leftover rice, and doing it well requires high heat and quick cooking. The rice here was light and separate, not clumpy, which suggests it was made with day-old rice and cooked properly over high heat. The beef added a rich, savory flavor, while simp

Usually there food is decent ...but had the worst experience on a Sunday. I'm not sure if they changed the cook or not but the last 2 times I order total disappointment. I ordered about 40 something dollars in food none of it was great and the worst part ordered a pepper steak with fried rice had more pepper onion than beef literally like 5 little pieces. With that being said they will not be taking my money anymore.

Baos & Bowls in East Village is a great spot for comforting Chinese rice and noodle dishes. The pork trotter rice is tender and flavorful, and the combo with pan-fried bao is worth it. The “Uncle Beef Noodle” with crispy chicken upgrade is also excellent. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and everything tastes freshly made. Typical Fuzhou breakfast serving up all types of buns, dumplings, soy milk, etc. pricing is fairly decent and the ladies behind counter are very friendly. The location is less than desirable. T & T is located near the end of trash lined alley way and their interior as well as outdoor dining area…. well, let’s just say ordering to go is the proper method. Bottom line they’ve been there for a number of years, so it’s definitely good enough for the neighborhood.

First time trying Drunk Lost A Shoe and I was honestly impressed! The crawfish were super big and juicy, very flavorful and fresh. 🦞 The fried noodles had that perfect dry wok-fried texture with lots of wok hei, so addictive. The shredded potatoes were also cooked perfectly — crispy, flavorful, and not too oily. Their BBQ skewers were really good too. Great spot for late night food with friends, definitely coming back again!

We have been to Qing Dao Restaurant a few times. Even though the name sounds like a Qingdao-style restaurant, it feels more like a little bit of everything. They sell breakfast, lunch, cold dishes, cooked dishes, and all kinds of random items. It’s more like a casual place where you can grab something quick when you’re hungry or craving Chinese food. The food here is not amazing, but it does the job. It is the kind of place where you come when you just want something simple to eat or a small sn

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 – Decent Taste, But Some Concerns I ordered the lunch special from Foo Hing on June 10, which included chicken with broccoli, vegetable fried rice, and a drink for $13.74. I called in my order and provided my card info over the phone. After placing the order, I realized I hadn’t specified my drink, so I called back to request a ginger ale. Food was very tasty, just a tad bit oily for my preference. Ordered 3 dishes for 3 people and would say that it was super filling. It gave a sense of nostalgia in the way it tastes homemade and fresh (crab on blue crab dish was a dead crab, only downside) would not recommend the blue crab dish as they gave a mushy dead crab, but the fried rice under it was something that made up for it. ordered the sweet and sour pork rice and the seafood rice cake which were both excellent. I’ve been coming to this spot on and off for the past 4 years, their roast pork is hit or miss. Their flavor is the best around 8th Ave, but they really need to keep it tasting amazing consistently… Also, they like to block the scale they use to weigh the meat so you can’t see the weight and price, what’s up with that? Authentic Taiwanese comfort food in Queens! The braised dishes were flavorful and tasted just like street food in Taiwan. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and generously portioned. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick even during busy hours. If you’re craving Taiwanese classics, this is definitely a spot worth visiting. Halal Chinese food, no pork which is amazing. Food is fresh, I love the fried rice with the egg (you have to ask for the egg to be added) 2$ .. I love the passionfruit green tea too. I wasn’t really a big fan of the wontons I felt like the dough was a little too thick but I would still come back for everything else. I love how they make their own lemonades too for 3$.. give it a try, I would recommend if you are looking for a clean spot to dine in and fresh halal Chinese food.
