Me and my husband have been going to Pho Mac since 2019! We absolutely love the food! It’s always so fresh and super tasty! I will always recommend! Some of our most favorite dishes include marinated beef cubes, shrimp fried rice and today I had grilled shrimp and rice vermicelli noodles!! Love them!

Decades ago I used to eat at the original hole in the wall location under the manhattan bridge in Chinatown. It’s not as good as I remembered, especially the bun on the lamb burger. It was also a lot spicier than I recall, but I am glad to see that there are options for spice, including no spice. The noodles are still hand pulled and just as delicious. Excellent service. I was not wildly impressed with the food here compared to other places in Chinatown. My squid was somewhat bland, but I will give credit and say the dumplings were phenomenally seasoned and fried. As someone who loves Chino Latino food I’ve heard about this spot a few times. I finally found the chance to stop by. The interior is a decent size. They have a good amount of seating and I love the decor on the tables. They had the Yankee stadium, Dominican flag, Puerto Rican flag, and much more. The menu is pretty extensive. I feel like it could be overwhelming for someone who has never tried nyc Chinese food. For appetizers, I got crab Rangoons, vegetable spring rolls, and an avocado salad.

I was introduced to this 'hole in the wall' cash only, self-service, Chinese BBQ restaurant by a friend. It featured a single countertop table with a limited number of stools for diners to enjoy the food undisturbed. I had a roast duck rice noodle soup. The broth was served separately to be poured in. The duck was succulent while its skin was crispy. The rice noodle was tender. The flavorful milky broth brought it all together. I will return for more :)
