Delicious meal at this lovely restaurant with my parents. The service was impeccable and the food even better. We started with the octopus appetizer and the beet salad. For our entrees we go the pasta with short rib ragù, pasta with lamb ragù, creamy pasta with truffle, and the chef’s special ravioli. Visited for a birthday dinner and the food, atmosphere and service were all great 🎉. Tasted a few wines to find one that was perfect - great waitress insisted we try a few. Appetizers of burrata and the roasted calamari (both fantastic), sampled multiple pastas and then a trio of desserts - the pear cake with chocolate was such a wonderful surprise and nice way to wrap up the evening. Very solid pizza. Coming from Europe, it felt like a good mix between a local and Italian pizza. The highlight was eating in the cozy location while watching the subway pass nearby, which felt like a quintessential New York experience. For the pizza itself, I would have liked more mozzarella for my taste. Service was great.

What a great dining experience. Staff were very welcoming and the restaurant had a great vibe. The pasta had an amazing texture and was accompanied by generous portion of sea food. Table 87 is definitely worth checking out if you’re in Brooklyn. The pizza was excellent, the service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere had a great vibe without feeling overdone. First time at Bruno’s last night and it was fantastic. We came in from Bay ridge and it was well worth the Belt Parkway traffic! Service was very attentive and the dining room had a great atmosphere. Beautiful little tavern on the upper east side, its been here for decades and has all the favorites of an Italian bistro, with food that’s tasty and efficient in this tiny little space it just doesn’t disappoint from the great lattes to the excellent wines we were just happy to pick up some panini and dessert and had a full on feast.
