Every single time I come to this McDonald’s to get food for me and my kids, they mess up my order. Today I ordered the new Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich meal with bacon. When I got my sandwich, it had no bacon or lettuce — just pickles and sauce. They gave me everything else, but not what the sandwich was supposed to come with. This keeps happening, and it’s frustrating, especially when you’re paying for specific items. Please do better.

Excellent place overall. The space is cozy and comfortable, with awesome vibes all around. Everyone on staff, from the bouncers and waitresses to the bartenders, was friendly and welcoming. The vibe was spot on, and the band was incredibly talented. A fantastic experience all around and I will definitely be back soon.

We went the whole family on a rainy Saturday in the city. We looked in Google and we find the place and we said let's go. And I have to say everybody were happy the food was great the atmosphere was great all the people there taking care of you and making sure that you're having fun and enjoying your food. This McDonald’s is one of the best one I visit in NYC. The space is big and clean. They have two floors and also bathroom service. The employees were very nice to me and my kids. Alberto took my order and he was very kind and patient with me. Ana provided my food and help me with the sauces because I didn’t know which one to pick for my kids. Stunning. I treated myself to lunch today at the Chelsea location. I came between lunch and dinner and was seated quickly. Food was delicious, service was paced well, staff was very kind.
