Tai Pan Bakery has one of the best egg tarts so far in the city! I love that they have both the flaky and cookie crust egg tarts along with the porteguese egg tart. The flaky crust is perfect, layers flake off as you bite into it and the filling is not too eggy and not too sweet. Their cookie crust egg tart has a satisfying soft snap as you bite into the oval end. I also love that it's oval shaped!! The only other bakery that I know of that does cookie crust oval shaped egg tarts is Saint Anna B

Amazing food and consistently great quality! I’m never disappointed when I eat at Hinomaru. The ramen is always rich, flavorful, and comforting. On my most recent visit, I tried the Salmon Don, and it was incredibly fresh, light, and delicious—perfect for warmer weather. Whether you’re craving a hearty bowl of ramen or something refreshing, Hinomaru always delivers. Highly recommended!

A lovely experience. Even on a weekday lunch, the place was more than half full. The service really stood out. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive. The food was good, though a bit salty for my taste. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday, and the staff kindly brought out a pastry with a candle, which was a very thoughtful touch. I ordered the Mac and cheese with oxtail and a beef patty. Mac cheese was like a block and felt like they reheated food from the night before. Oxtails was all fat. The beef patty is not made in house. They buy them in bulk frozen and sell it. You can get those beef patties from the grocery store. This is not authentic Jamaican food. It honestly did not taste good. The restaurant is cute though.

The drinks that the young lady made us was delicious and exact to what I asked for. The doors and windows were also noticeably very clean, which is something that always catches my eye not just at Starbucks but any place I’m going to consume food and beverage. One of the best bars in the city! Very unpretentious and charming. The owner Masahiro Urushido was unassuming and incredibly welcoming, really friendly staff, great and creative drinks made with a lot of thought and care, and delicious food. The best gin and tonic in Manhattan- properly chilled and very smooth, mortadella sandwhich and hanburger were delicious. Excellent value for money and totally lives up to its well-deserved reputation!

I had an amazing experience at Smashburger thanks to Shanaya! From the moment I walked in, she was professional, friendly, and had such a positive attitude. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She made sure everything was right with my order and made me feel welcomed. The food was fresh and delicious, but Shanaya’s excellent service really made the visit stand out. Smashburger is lucky to have someone like her on their team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a chicken nugget Happy Meal for my child — one of the simplest orders possible — and when we got home and opened the box, the nuggets were not in there. I shouldn’t have to double-check a basic order before leaving the store. It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and realize the main item wasn’t even included. Attention to detail and customer service clearly need improvement here. I won’t be returning.

We have been here twice during our stay in the Upper East Side. Both times the food and service have been great. All the seafood was great, but I would sell my left kidney for the mussels alla vodka! Definitely ask for extra sourdough bread. And for a little more fun, sit at the bar. It’s semi-private (due to the support column in the middle) and fun to watch good bartenders at work. The cuisine here is amazing, one of my favorites is the Curry lemon pepper wings! They are amazing, you do have to ask for them to be fried hard and extra seasoning, but it’s worth it. The Crumbl app is very good and super helpful for checking the weekly cookie menu, placing orders, and seeing what’s new. Everything loads fast and it’s easy to use. The only thing I’d warn people about is if you plan to pay in cash — make sure you bring at least $10. Sometimes the in-app price doesn’t match exactly when you get to the store, so you might need a little extra. Besides that, it’s a great app and makes ordering Crumbl a lot easier.

I cannot recommend this place enough, if you are into your football/soccer and in Brooklyn then this is the place to be. I came hear as part of the Scottish Tartan Army and the hospitality and friendship cannot be beat a real local where everyone is supporting each other. Thank you for having us

We have long time without visiting this place and we were wondering if still good. We are happy to know it was a good experience. The service was good as I remember years ago. The food is very good. The food did not disappoint and I was happy with my choice. Prices are acceptable. The music was too loud for me. I have hearing problems, and speaking was a challenge. That’s the reason of the four stars. I recommend this place and I will be back when I visit The Bronx.
