WOW. just wow. I came here two years ago, but am still thinking about the rugelach and found some photos and so am writing this review. Yeah, it’s so good. I dream of this place and waiting for the opportunity to make it back :,)

Today, I ordered hot coffee, but the husian provided me with a lukewarm beverage. I politely requested that he prepare a hot coffee, but he was unresponsive to my request. This was a disappointing experience.

Very nice store, quiet, clean, fast service and the most important thing is super tasty, my friend order my coffee when I was coming out of the train and when I get it was ready, the employees were smiling and polite

I heard great things about this place so was looking forward to trying it out. I am so disappointed! First off there was a sign that said buy 6 get 1 free. I ordered my 7 bagels but he messed up my order and instead of giving me the 7 bagels I ordered he gave me a bialy instead of my free bagel. Upon looking closely the bialy was moldy. This is absolutely disgusting. Will never come here again.

5 stars for Crumbly Cafe ☕️ This place will always be near and dear to me—a local favorite from when I lived in the area. Their coffee is phenomenal, and I’m also a big fan of their chai. The real showstopper, though, is the food. They’re known for their crumb cake (and for good reason), but the true standout is their Parmesan leek pastries. You have to get them—I say that fully knowing they might be sold out by the time I get there haha. The potato mushroom boreka is also incredible. 10/10 e

As a gluten free girl, this was by far the best gf bagel I had the entire trip. It was fluffy and actually the same size and the normal bagels! It was delicious. Highly recommend. So generous with the fillings too!!

I needed a quick morning pick-me-up during my travels and rolled right through the drive-thru here. The service was incredibly fast and the worker at the window was super cheerful, which really started my day off on a bright note. My iced coffee was mixed exactly how I like it, and the breakfast sandwich came out piping hot and fresh. It is a reliable, convenient spot to grab a quick bite and a caffeine fix before hitting the road again.

These people are going to price themselves right out of business. The prices are going up, the portions are smaller, the food is okay...not great, and the staff...mainly the women, are RUDE!!! I've been going here before this new company took over, and the atmosphere was way better! Now it looks rundown and like they just don't care about the customer and the customer's experience. This bakery is one of those places that makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in. I was visiting and asked someone on the street where I could grab a bagel and they directed me to Bagel Bob’s. So thankful they did. Michaeli Bakery on Division St. in New York is one of my favorite spots to visit whenever I’m in the city coming from Florida! They have the most amazing rugelach, delicious and flaky croissants, and incredible pastries. Their challah bread is the best I’ve ever had; soft, fresh, and full of flavor. The quality of everything they bake is superb, and you can really taste the love they put into it. It’s also super close to my family’s house, so it’s always a must stop for me. Totally recommended!

I travel to the city for work a time or 2 every year. I’ve tried all the viral bagel shops but always come back to Rico and here’s why. The staff is efficient and patient. The seating is enough. The selection is not overwhelming. The ratio of cream cheese to bagel is perfect and not crazy. And the bagels. Oh the bagels are things dreams are made of. I tried this place on a whim and absolutely loved it! The birthday cake and the dark chocolate caramel s'mores cookies are to die for! The food and drinks are usually good, although sometimes they make refreshers way too strong. The tables are often dirty and there’s always a homeless guy outside that holds the doors for people and sometimes sits inside, he WILL harass you especially if you’re a woman. The bagels here are fine as well as their food options, but I hope the owner explains to the staff that mixing lox and whitefish is indeed kosher. There is nothing violating kosher laws when it comes to mixing 2 fish on one sandwich. My wife recently went there asking for lox and whitefish and she was denied stating kosher laws. Please explain to the staff in more detail.

Best bagel spot in the RP/FH/MV area. There are many bagel spots around Forest Hills, Rego, and Middle V., this place takes the cake. The bagels are fluffy and thick. If not toasted, the tear away easy. If toasted, they're crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. I got a BEC. Eggs were fluffy and well cooked. Not runny or dry and flimsy like other spots. We learnt this place through Youtube. The bagal is good - I’d say the two that we ordered are very fresh and delicious. The wait is a bit long (~8 mins) but understandable with rush hours and long queuing line. It’s good, check it out! If I could give zero star, I would! Just like what other reviewers said they always got the order wrong. I don’t think they even know how to properly make a decent Dunkin’ Donuts drinks. I am writing to report poor service at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 267 Ave X. When I entered the store at 6:45 PM, the staff member at the counter yelled at me that the store was closed. I visit Gino's pastry often for their cannoli's as they are my absolute favorite. The service at this bakery is always pleasant. I've enlisted the bakery to make a cake for my husband's 30th birthday, my mother's 50th birthday and my baby shower.
