We had such a wonderful experience dining here! From the moment we walked in, everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Daniel was attentive and professional, making sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Andres brought such a warm, positive energy that truly elevated our experience. Nicole was incredibly kind and thoughtful — you can tell she truly cares about the guests. It’s rare to find a team where everyone works together so seamlessly and treats you like more

We recently visited this small, family-owned Italian restaurant, and it was such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, just like dining in someone’s home. Their homemade pasta was absolutely excellent — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. They also make their own desserts, which were delicious and the perfect way to end the meal. You can really taste the care and tradition in everything they serve. The staff were attentive and friendly, making the whole evening even

There’s plenty of great restaurants in Little Italy but this is not one of them. The food took a long time and it was very disappointing. Slowest, not attentive service. Tap water had a bad taste. Dirty bathroom with no toilet paper. Mentioned the lack of toilet paper to the staff but it was still not changed 15 minutes later when my friend went. 18% service fee plus additional 1% credit card surcharge. Will not be back.

This is a very popular old school Italian restaurant in Whitestone. Pasta, potatoes, and veggies that each dinner comes with are all served in little side dishes like they did in the old days. One thing About this place I thought was odd, and I didn’t like was that you couldn’t get linguini or rigatoni as your side pasta. You had to pick either between spaghetti or penne. My husband and I split the pasta fagioli and my sister had the minestrone soup for our appetizers. WOW the pasta fagioli

From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere was warm, charming, and full of life — it felt like a little slice of Italy! The food? Absolutely divine. Every bite was bursting with authentic flavor, from the rich sauces to the perfectly cooked pasta. But what truly made the night magical was the host — not only welcoming and kind, but he sang! His voice filled the room with joy and added such a personal, unforgettable touch to the evening. It felt like dinn

I had lots of expectations from a local NY pizzeria but i found the pizza just ok. I ordered a full pie. The operator just heated a prebaked pizza which was just warm while serving. The taste was also very blant. Ozone park seriously needs better pizza place.

This was seriously the best pasta I’ve ever had! Stepping off the plane and almost immediately to the restaurant, the owner was the first person we talked to in NYC. He made us feel right at home and was so kind and welcoming and made our experience even better! Per my adventurous self, I ordered the octopus and muscle linguine and enjoyed it thoroughly. My sister got the risotto, which was 10/10! My Mom ordered the owners recommendation, the duck pasta, and it was one of the best dishes I’ve ha

This is a fantastic restaurant. They helped me with my food intolerance and guided me in choosing the best dishes. First, they serve amazing warm bread with a sauce on the side and olives. Then I had the carpaccio with arugula and Grana Padano — it’s to die for! After that, I chose the branzino with vegetables. To finish, I had the chocolate lava cake without ice cream because I couldn’t eat it. The wine was an amazing Gavi di Gavi. Austin, the owner, is fantastic and super friendly. You must tr

Absolutely spectacular place! I am still dreaming about the Branzino we started with, it was an explosion of flavor! Every dish we received was flavorful, bright, and beautifully dished. The place definitely gets packed, but for good reason. The service was great as well and very attentive. Manolo This is a place I would purposely go back to New York to experience again. Cosimo. Went here for my birthday on Friday, the atmosphere was amazing & so was the place itself. Definitely loved it. We did a fixe menu for being a 9 top, and I loved the prosciutto & Caesar salad, the cacio e pepe & steak did come out cold , even when my friends asked for it to be warmed it still was cold, which is weird for those 2 foods especially even if it’s busy. I definitely wouldn’t get the steak again personally or the pasta, but the other two items were good. Drinks were a 10/10. Our server

Everything about this meal was perfect! I was with a group of 5 and we were promptly seated in the back with a few other tables. Shortly after, the other tables emptied out and it was nice and quiet to talk with everyone at the table. The service was very attentive and caring for dietary restrictions. The tri color salad, caprese, fettuccine bolognese, pesto, and chocolate lava cake were all delicious. The atmosphere and flavors easily put this within my top 5 favorite Italian UES restaurants. C

Ora is such a cozy neighborhood spot. The vibe is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The food was excellent — loved the beet salad, the sautéed portobello mushrooms were full of flavor, and the steak was cooked perfectly. Everything felt thoughtful and comforting. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

Excellence, perfection, best-in-class. These are a few terms that come to mind when I think of Valbella at the Park. We’ve hosted numerous dinners, and multiple large scale private events (200+ people) in both their third-floor private space and their second-floor enclosed rooftop terrace. From their friendly staff, to their attentive service, incredible food and drinks, and beautiful atmosphere, they will make sure your special event is 11/10.

Love this organic wine bar! Came for the wine… stayed for the food. No wine list - just choose your “emotion” and “color” and a wonderful recommendation will be delivered to you. We started with prosciutto and sheep’s cheese. The grilled bread is incredible. We tried the lobster pasta and carbonara, and both were delicious. Erika and Andy amazing - will be back again soon to try the gnocchi!

Do not eat here if you are a person of color because you will be treated as low class and not seen to have enough money to be eating there compared to the fellow old money upper east siders. From the second I stepped in with my family, I was looked at with judgment by one of the waiters. Food was tasty, however extremely disappointed by the service. For example, we ordered a bottle of wine that was not poured out for us (no big deal), but poured out for the other white families around us. Truly

Homey, unpretentious Italian restaurant featuring classic pizza pies along with pasta & sandwiches.
Solid pizza shop. The pizza is big, I think a two to three person size. The pizzas have copious amounts of cheese as expected. The crust is a natural New York doughy crust. The vibe is very neighborhood, like this is the local pizza parlor in all the old movies. I recommend stopping by to say hi to the lovely couple and get a slice or two. Oh and do not forget the meatballs. They are much meatier than other places, I really enjoyed those meatballs.

Food was good but skimpy. The waiter wouldn't ask the chef what veggies were in the vegetable ravioli. They never came around to ask if we needed anything like more water or more bread. We were told they only had a Mother's Day menu, but another table was allowed to order from the regular menu. We had to catch the writer's eye to get coffee and the dessert list. The atmosphere was nice and the strolling accordion player was okay. Don't know if I'd eat there again.

Great bar but WARNING: I have loved this place a long time but I’m sadly obligated to leave this review because the bartender was out of his damn mind. In particular, we ordered gin martinis off the happy hour menu (great deal, $10!). When each cost $16 on the bill we inquired; he said that because we didn’t specifically order “dry martinis” that indeed these drinks were not eligible for happy hour. I am SO shocked at just how incredible my meal at Fossetta was! This spot is tiny and unassuming but had some of the best food and drinks I’ve had. The Ida’s Cure cocktail is basically a strawberry lemon drop martini and is a must-order.
