Although the fish is fresh, Tokugawa is underwhelming and overpriced. The “omakase” ($85 plus tax) consisted of 10 pieces of sushi and a hand roll. Presented all in one platter, it did not seem special, no different from picking items à la carte.

I'm sorry but the manager working here has such a nasty attitude. He's very mean with the baristas and customers. Has 0 respect for anyone and 0 customer service manager skills. I really love Pret and it's a great place for a quick bite. But count your days for this location cause with this manager, people will definitely stop coming including myself. We all have problems but please leave them at home and don't take it out on your baristas and customers. This needs to be further investigated.

We recently had our post-wedding dinner at Gazette. We rented the private dining room space for 20 adults and 2 little ones. It was the perfect venue! From the event coordinator to the servers to the seasonal menu, we had a wonderful and thoughtful experience. It was the coziest dinner with friends and family in a warm and beautiful space. All of our guests raved about their meals and the drink selection, especially the scallops appetizer and strip loin entree. Would highly recommend for hosting

This has been the place ive been eating lunch at almost every time im at work and I love it everytime I get it. Double chicken, half romaine, half spring mix, all veggies(double scoop of pickles), cucumber sauce, pepper hummus, (keep that on the menu!) N that Green sauce. The staff are lovely, always greets me, Ive come here enough times I can even tell you that the staff have dope tattoos. Omg, stopped by and ordered their fried chicken sandwich called "The Bird" and it was amazing! So delicious! So tender and so flavorful! Great Cajun mayo, lettuce and tomatoes and coleslaw. Came with crispy fries. Can't wait to go back and try it again. Really a very good sandwich.

I had an incredible omakase experience here. All of the sushi was so fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. There was such a wide selection of high quality dishes but some ones that stood out were the hairy crab with uni, fatty tuna, and Spanish mackerel. The staff/chefs were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The atmosphere was a very clean and intimate venue providing the best sort of environment for an omakase. Overall, really happy with my experience here and will be looking forw

Such a beautiful experience at the Caviar Bar at The Mark Hotel. The space is stunning, super elegant but still feels intimate and comfortable, especially sitting at the bar and main dining room. The caviar potato was honestly a highlight. So simple but done perfectly, warm, rich, and just incredible with the caviar. Service was also very fast and seamless. Everything came out quickly but never felt rushed, and the staff were really attentive and knowledgeable. Overall just a really special s

Chez les Frenchies on the UES is my go-to French cafe in the neighborhood! Their buttery soft croissants are flaky perfection that melt in your mouth, and the ham and cheese ones are seriously addictive with that melty savory goodness. Friendly staff, cozy vibes, fresh-baked daily at fair prices, just arrive early on weekends because the croissants go fast!

Compact eatery supplying sushi & Japanese kitchen entrees in simple, contemporary quarters.
I frequent here around 8-10pm and love their sushi. Never hard rice and reasonably priced. I usually order 2 classic rolls and a side of spicy mayo. My order comes out to about 20 dollars. A side sauce is about the size for 2 sushi rolls if u are a heavy sauce dipper. Their dine out orders are quick allowing you to order online or on the phone for later orders. Dine in is very peaceful and quiet during the pm hours. Staff are respectful and attentive. Will keep coming back !

I’ve always gone to Dough on 19th Street, but the first time visiting this location today was honestly shocking. One of the staff members came in after smoking, and it felt like they brought all the smoke with them—the entire store was filled with a strong, nose-stinging cigarette smell. As for the donuts, which are the most important part, they tasted far from fresh. For something claimed to be made today, they tasted old—so much so that I seriously wondered if they were leftovers from the day

TLDR: really loved our experience at Raon. In a city filled with Korean fine dining, Raon stands apart with its focus and passion for educating people on traditional Korean food, cooking and most importantly kimchi! SETTING: we made a res for 8pm on a Saturday night. The restaurant is beautiful, minimal, with a nice long counter that can fit about 12 seats per tasting. It was our anniversary and they left very sweet little "Happy Anniversary" cards for us!! Great for a nice quiet date night or

I’ve been to New York City many times and this was the BEST New York style pizza that I ever had. If you are by the museums on the Upper East Side by Central Park this restaurant is only a few minutes away walking. I have learned that if you walk a few minutes away from Central Park you can get much better food and value for the money. For around $5 you can get a BIG slice of cheese pizza and Garlic Knots.

This place is my little morning ritual! We always come here for crepes for breakfast — honestly the best ones in the neighborhood. But what really keeps us coming back is the people. Everyone here is SO warm and friendly, it genuinely feels like family. And what I love most — they’re always open, no matter what. Storm outside? They’re open. Holiday? They’re open. You can always count on them, and that means so much. This is our go-to spot and it’s not even close! ☕🥞

As a person who plays in a hockey league across the street from this location, I went to this Taco Bell with the sole intention and expectation of receiving a few courtesy cups of ice with my purchase upon request. When I asked for a few (2-3) cups of ice I was given one cup of ice and told that for any additional cups of ice, I would have to pay for them. Mind you, it was a hot night with the temperature at the time of my visit at approx. 88°F. As I stood there in my hockey equipment, dripping

We stopped at this Starbucks on York at 71st after a doctor appointment at HSS around the corner. It is very spacious and still cozy. Lots of comfortable seating but we still had to wait as it was busy. Got a cappuccino and a double chocolate brownie. Both were really good. Nice big windows on the streets so very bright. A great place to hang out for a while. We will definitely go again when at the hospital.

I ordered the two roll lunch special, choosing spicy tuna and spicy salmon, which came with a side salad. The sushi was fresh and flavorful. The rice was well-seasoned and held together nicely. The side salad was simple but had my all time favorite carrot ginger. The portions were just right for lunch -not too heavy, but filling enough. I came at an off hour so the place was super quiet. The staff was attentive even though they were prepping for dinner at the same time.

Amazing location, awful coffee. The regular coffee is weak, the iced coffee tastes like water, and the macchiato is undrinkable. I kept giving them chances, hoping it was just a bad day—but nope. No idea how they survive on 2nd Ave selling coffee like this. Don’t waste your money here!

I stopped in while running errands to try their homemade empanadas. I tried the spicy chicken and beef. These are hands down the best empanadas I have ever had—and make sure you warm them up! The kind staff will likely do it anyway. They are baked with homemade dough and the meats with deeply flavored with various spices, perfect ratio of salt. I can’t decide which I enjoyed more. Initially I just purchased one, at $5, but had to run back in for another! They also have affordable fresh acai bowl

Customer service is very good, can’t deny that. The food is good, not great, but good. Store’s always empty b/c greed is their downfall. That’s why Trader Joe’s always has a never ending line. B/C their prices are reasonable for quality products. It’s just a regular bodega, where you can get the same thing from any other deli. They’re overly priced. They should give employees a discount whom are their main customers. $20 for an egg sandwich, and 1 chocolate muffin? And their ATM doesn’t work! Ug

I cannot tell you how much I LOVE this coffee shop, it had become my favorite go to coffee shop in the neighborhood. Ellie’s Chinese is better for takeout than dine in as the restaurant is a bit dark and cramped. The food is standard Chinese fare, with lunch specials starting just under $11 (tax included), one of the most affordable in the neighborhood. Dear Bloomingdale's Team, I hope this message finds you well! I wanted to take a moment to express my deep appreciation for the pear salad with grilled salmon that was once featured on the menu at Studio 59. I just had such a nice experience! After going to the UWS location today and being “helped” (not really), I came to this location to see if there were a specific pair of pants in my size. Not only did they have everything in stock, I was told that the sizes run large and I would have fit perfectly in the size at the previous location. This made it even more apparent that the UWS location basically ignored me. I was informed of the warranty, new customer discount, and much more. Pearla was great
