Summer Rolls ($16) with a substitution of shrimp for avocado and Cari Noodles ($25). The two dishes were both tasty while simultaneously feeling like they nourished the body with wholesome ingredients. The beautiful plating with the pops of colour (added florals and fresh produce) matched the warm, inviting atmosphere. Great attention to detail with the place settings (napkin rosette) and dishes. Friendly, attentive service.

Vintage, circa-1948 shop selling freshly roasted coffee, plus sandwiches, Italian groceries & more.
No frills Cafe with fresh roasted and freshly ground beans, and friendly service. $3 double Espresso 8/10 It is robust, dark, smooth, and toasty. It tastes fresh and can pair well with milk. There is a full menu of espresso drinks like lattes etc but check with them to make sure they can do the steamed milk. If not, get your espresso and mix regular milk for the next best thing They are ready when they open and service is quick.

Came on a Monday night after work, wasn't too busy. Very cozy and comfortable. Ordered the short rib pho! The short rib came out on a separate plate and it was huge! It was so fatty, lean and well seasoned. The broth was rich, flavorful and piping hot! Highly recommend the short rib pho! It has bar seating with a full bar as well as booth seating, sushi area and a back area. I'll be back again.

This truly is the worst Dunkin’ branch ever, I was reading the reviews and it makes sense now. Management really needs to hire better. I don’t want to pay money to get scolded, neither does anyone else. But the management decides to hire people who hate their life and screams at people. And since when does Dunkin’ have a no exchange policy?

Petite ice cream parlor supplying generous shakes & bubble teas, some served in glass mason jars.
Surreal Creamery offers one of the most fun and visually impressive dessert experiences in Manhattan. The presentation is incredible, with specialty ice cream creations served in oversized mason jars filled with layers of ice cream, toppings, cookies, sauces, and other creative additions. I ordered the Cookie Monster creation and it was fantastic. The bright blue ice cream, cookie pieces, marshmallows, chocolate drizzle, and cookie crumble topping made it look almost too good to eat. This neighborhood sushi house with sleek decor offers signature rolls & traditional Japanese meals.
We stopped in here recently and had a great time. We started with the gyoza, tempura string beans, and the edamame. We ordered the shrimp tempura for our daughter. It came with 4 pieces and came out very hot. Our daughter found that out the hard way on the first bite. The yellowtail scallion, peanut avocado, rock shrimp avocado, and the mini tent rolls were excellent. Almost everything we ordered was delicious. Our service was great and we will definitely be back again soon.

The food here is outstanding! So many great dishes. Sure… it’s not all modern and trendy with LED lightshows and fancy decor, but the food and service are what you go for. To start, the complimentary roasted peanuts are made in house… so good!… and not salty. One of my favorite dishes is the stuffed eggplant / stuffed peppers and tofu. Their Peking pork chops is one of the best around. Other family members love the eggplant with dried fish (not my thing). Other great dishes; shrimp with walnuts,

Easygoing cafe with communal tables & hanging plants serving coffee drinks & light bites.
This café and plant shop is such a beautiful concept. The space feels cozy, peaceful, and full of life with all the plants and decor. Everything was excellent, from the coffee to the customer service. They also play really good music, and the atmosphere is perfect if you want to work or study with your laptop. The best of the best Dominican food in queens. Chivo (goat) was 🔥 even if you don’t like goat, you will like their goat. Roast chicken is amazing as well. Beans, rice, tostones, onion, all the Dominican staples are as good as they come. Huge servings, very affordable. It’s a casual restaurant with high quality service. The staff are all very polite. Good place for families - they didn’t mind that our toddler made a mess. I’m def going back again and bringing more friends and family.

Our first time trying here and we were very disappointed with the breakfast. The ackee and salfish was so salty, fried dumpings texture was hard and not enjoyable. The curry chicken was extremely oily (& borderline salty), it stained everywhere. We had curry residue on our hands for hours. The cormeal porridge was the worst I've ever had it was so thick with a brown color and fresh. The best thing was the saltfish fritters.

We have been to the Madison/79 location many times over the years as we lived nearby. Now we live near this new location on at 48/3rd Ave. It is a fabulous space on the corner so lots of light and big windows. The space is divided up so it is not one big space. Feels more intimate. For lunch,we had a delicious Bloody Mary as we looked at the menu. Then we started with a kale salad. Next we shared rigatoni alla bolognese and chicken Milanese. This spot nails the ambiance—the low lighting creates an intimate, sophisticated vibe. The sushi counter is the real star here; it’s spacious and perfectly angled so you can watch the chefs work their magic. We opted for the nigiri set and the uni, both of which were fresh. While we sat at a table, the service was a bit underwhelming compared to the high-end feel of the food and decor.

It was a busy Saturday evening and I was surprised at the line. It didn't take long to be served and the choices were too much. V everything looked good so deciding took a while. Their milk tea is my favorite—especially the classic silk stocking milk tea. It’s incredibly smooth and delicious whether you get it hot or iced. I also love the yuanyang, a perfect mix of milk tea and coffee that gives you a great afternoon boost. The pineapple bun with butter is a must-order—crispy on top, soft inside, and the butter makes it extra fragrant. I’m also a big fan of their egg waffles. Great, cozy neighborhood bar with live music sometimes! Not sure how often the live music happens, but it was an unexpected treat on the night my friends and I went :) Excited to go back in the warmer months to check out the back patio. We were on holiday in New York and flew in late, thankfully this place was open! The prices are good value, the portion sizes are big, and the food tastes good. The C & B in C&B Luncheonette must stand for Cherished and Blissful because that is how you feel after eating a meal here. From the moment you step through their door, you are treated with such great hospitality that is rare to come by these days. No matter how busy they are (and it can get more hectic on a late Saturday morning than the stampede scene from the Lion King) they always make sure to take care of you and serve you with a smile. Nice café in Elmhurst that offers meals and drinks. WiFi is strong the seating is comfortable. Well-maintained space that is clean and there is a selection of clothing and jewelry which is nice. This is a Japanese restaurant run by Thai staff. The vibe is quite nice, but overall I’d rate it around 2.5/5, maybe due to unclear processes or insufficient kitchen training and the fact that the food simply doesn’t taste good. (After I spoke to the waitress, she kept apologizing and gave us a cheesecake, so I bumped my rating from 2 to 2.5.) First, the server’s explanation of the dining process was unclear… I honestly had no idea what he was trying to say. Second, after helping us grill the m

Never again. Used to be my favorite in the area. In the last few months I dont know if ownership has changed but price has gone up ($6 a pie in the last two years) and the quality has gone down. I dont know how to explain it, the pizza dough is more "flat", and the crust is less substantial. The quality feels like it went from a mom and pop shop to a chain. I paid almost $90 for two 18" pies with tax and tip. One was a cheese pizza with ham and black olive ($5 for ham and $5 for black olive) a

Had a wonderful time at Spicy Nepal today. The cozy atmosphere and warm service made it feel instantly welcoming. The biryani was rich and comforting, and the crispy, saucy chicken had the perfect balance of spice and sweetness. A standout was their new Mustangey Aloo—a simple yet flavorful Himalayan-style potato dish, tossed with bold spices, herbs, and a tangy kick that really elevates it. Everything—from the fresh sides to the desserts—felt thoughtfully prepared. Definitely a place I’d come

Don’t sleep on this terrific neighborhood Italian diner in an off the beaten track location in Sugar Hill. The eponymous Crispin is a highly skilled chef who is always present and his consistency and attention to detail shine. He relocated this concept from Hell’s Kitchen to his childhood neighborhood and his commitment to the area is admirable. We have been a number of time for dinner. Small and cozy restaurant. Prices weren't too bad. Got the fried beef ribs which was flavorful and had a nice kick to it. Also tried the tsampa cake which is made from barley.
