I recently visited Gao’s BBQ & Crab in Flushing and had a fantastic experience. The Chinese BBQ and seafood offerings were flavorful and well-seasoned, with a wide variety of skewers — from juicy chicken and tender beef to delicious seafood options — all cooked perfectly and packed with taste. The portions were generous and filling, and the cocktails complemented the food really well. The overall atmosphere was lively and enjoyable, making it a great place to hang out with friends or family.

If you enjoy interactive dining, this Beijing hot pot restaurant is an excellent choice. The experience is just as important as the food. You choose your broth, order your favorite ingredients, and cook everything at your own pace. The quality of the meats was very good, and there was a nice selection of vegetables, seafood, tofu, mushrooms, and handmade noodles. Everything tasted fresh, and the portions were generous enough for sharing. One thing I really appreciated was the attention to custom

This was our first time at Noodle Village in Chinatown, New York, and we loved it! Mimi, our server, was amazing from the beginning. She gave us great recommendations and was very attentive the whole time. The food was delicious, especially the Shrimp and Pork Noodles, which were full of flavor. At the end we ordered a ginger dessert that comes with three pieces, and it was the perfect way to finish our meal. It was a wonderful experience for me and my family. Food was decent, but nothing I’d rave about, and the prices were moderate. My husband and I ordered **seven items totaling $60.82**: Crispy Pork Belly with Rice ($13.25), Shanghai Soup Dumplings ($13.90), Shanghai Pork & Crabmeat Soup Dumplings ($14.50), Pan-Fried Pork & Chives Dumplings ($7.25), and Chicken Dumplings ($6.95). The setup is **self-serve**—you order and pay at the counter, they call your number when the food is ready, and you pick it up before finding a table. The **soup dumpling

We went the day before Mother's day to avoid the crowds. The place was great with the service! My grandkids felt very comfortable there & the kids menu is extremely well priced, with really good portions. Very family oriented! Food was amazing with the presentation & flavor! Chongqing Lao Zao is one of the most immersive hot pot restaurants I've visited. From the moment I walked inside, the elaborate décor immediately stood out, with traditional architecture, lanterns, and themed details that make it feel like stepping into an old Chinese village. The restaurant is much larger than it first appears, and the atmosphere adds just as much to the experience as the food itself. I had to try N1 Spicy Cumin Lamb Hand Ripped Noodles (the least spicy). It is so good, well seasoned, and the noodles are so big. I love it. The customer service was great too- cashier spoke to me about the options and helped me decided want I want. I must get the beef noodles next time for sure.

Enjoyed this spot. The hot pot was good and there were a lot of options to choose from. Everything came out fresh and the broth had really nice flavor without being too heavy. The portions were solid and it was easy to share a few different things around the table. I liked that they give you aprons so you don’t have to worry about getting your clothes messy, which was actually really thoughtful and useful during the meal. My dining experience at Sheng Hui in Chinatown was very enjoyable. Good AYCE hotpot place in Flushing. I went on a weekend around 1pm and waited for about 5 minutes before being seated. I picked the premium option, which was about $38 per person. Food was good as well as the pick you own food sections. However, they don’t have the roasted lamb at this location. The premium option lacked seafood like clams and crabs. Overall decent hotpot for the price.

I’ve had No Pork Halal Kitchen on my list foreverrrr, so since I was in Brooklyn and craving halal Chinese, I had to finally try it — and it definitely hit the spot. First of all, the fried momos were SO good. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and super juicy on the inside. Every bite was flavorful and fresh, not dry at all. You can tell they’re made right because the filling was seasoned really well and still moist. I could’ve easily ordered another plate. The chicken eggroll came out h

Dim Sum Go Go is a fantastic find, especially considering its reputation as a budget-friendly Michelin-recommended spot. The food quality is exceptional and absolutely lives up to the hype. Came here for the first time. I tried the traditional Shanghai pan fried pork soup dumplings, steamed crab roe and pork soup dumplings, and yellow croaker noodle soup. The pan fried soup dumplings seemed to be house made. It was also cooked nicely with a golden crust on the bottom. It also had a good amount of soup inside. It was ok. We ordered a couple of the noodle soups—duck and spare ribs. The soups could have been warmer. We are on a quest to find the best noodle restaurant in Chinatown and this would be pretty far down the list. Supposedly the clay pot dishes are good and likely better than the noodle soups. Alrite place for mid-level banquet food. I would say that the food is authentic to what Chinese food was served in the scarcity of good ingredients.
