We arrived early on a Saturday morning to get bagels before our flight left. This cute little shop instantly captured our attention just based on the delicious smell of freshly made bagels. We asked for some recommendations from the server and she was very helpful. They have quite a favorite of bagels, but we were also impressed by the variety of cream cheese options. Everything we ordered was delicious. We loved it all.

Venerable outfit offering its famed cannoli & other Italian desserts, plus espresso, since 1892.
Walking into Ferrara Bakery & Cafe felt like stepping into a classic piece of old New York Italian culture that somehow still survives in the middle of modern Manhattan. The moment you walk through the doors, you’re hit with the smell of espresso, pastries, sugar, fresh cannoli, and that unmistakable old-school bakery atmosphere that immediately makes the place feel warm, alive, and authentic. What I loved most is that Ferrara doesn’t feel manufactured for tourists — it feels like a place with

Slam dunk. Watched the Knicks parade from here (with a lot of other folks who couldn’t reach the parade route lol) and it was actually such a treat. The patio was awesome - a perfect setting in Little Italy. Service was attentive and fast - appreciated the house recommendations. We ended up with the special housemade cheese wheel past and the pesto gnocchi - would easily recommend both again. With the bread service (focaccia), we left happy and full. Easily some of the best Italian food we had

The food was great! We were skeptical because of some mixed reviews, but we came at 9pm on a Friday night with 3 people, and were seated immediately. Love the atmosphere! The spaghetti carbonara and pasta fagiole were the best I’ve ever had! My wife loved the homemade gnocchi! The buffalo Mazzarella was delicious as almost as good as we had in Italy!

This place was exactly what we were looking for that evening. Food was excellent. Ordered mostly from the specials. Cocktails were well balanced. Steak tartar with shaved truffles was very nice. Slighly larger chunks of meat just FYI incase you don't like that. Servers were very attentive and polite. Different brand of sparkling water, would have loved Sanpellegrino instead. Over all excellent place. Would definitely return.

Cozy red-sauce Italian spot in Little Italy does all the classics in rustic, wood-beamed setting.
I had an amazing experience here with my boyfriend. We’re so glad we decided to come—everything from the food to the drinks was enjoyable. If you’re in Little Italy in downtown Manhattan, I highly recommend stopping by. You won’t regret it. The portions were great too—I couldn’t even finish my meal at the restaurant, but I definitely enjoyed the rest later! The place was wonderful and the server was absolutely great. Stopped by for an early dinner and had the Pasta Fagioli soup, green salad, chicken parmigiana, and a soft drink. I sat outside on the sidewalk at this beautiful corner spot and had a great experience. The portions were huge, the food was delicious, well cooked, and served with plenty of fresh Italian bread. Service was quick and efficient. The atmosphere felt genuinely Italian - soft Italian music at the perfect volume and staff speaking Italian and Spanish added to the experience. I was pleasa

🇮🇹✨ A truly authentic Italian experience From the very first bite, La Bella Vita makes you feel like you’ve been transported straight to Italy. The food is outstanding — authentic flavors, perfectly balanced sauces, and pasta cooked exactly the way it should be. Everything tastes fresh, well-crafted, and full of tradition. What a find!! I found myself walking around the area a little later than I anticipated and wanted a good meal and boy did I find one! The moment I tried the Pizza Bianca I was in HEAVEN! Truly what a wonderful experience, the service was warm, inviting and attentive. I felt like the staff genuinely cared about my meal that evening and I would love to go back again one day. 100/10 place to visit in Little Italy! ❤️

This place was amazing! Loved everything about it. I went with a large party, that had a reservation. We were immediately greeted and taken to our table. The waiter was very nice and patient and helped us with the menu. We all ended up loving what we got and even shared a little bit. You can tell the food is made fresh and with love. Had a very enjoyable dinner at Amici Ristorante in Little Italy. The food was very good, classic Italian dishes with generous portions and great flavor. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. A fantastic little gem in Chinatown for quick, delicious, and authentic Vietnamese food. Their menu has a great variety of sandwiches, some noodle dishes, and snacks, all at very reasonable prices. My go-to is the #13 Bánh Mì Thịt Nguội, the Vietnamese cold cut special, which is always packed with flavorful meats, pâté, fresh herbs, and crunchy pickled vegetables on a perfectly crisp bread. The flaky crust is perfect, layers flake off as you bite into it and the filling is not too eggy and not too sweet. Their cookie crust egg tart has a satisfying soft snap as you bite into the oval end. I also love that it's oval shaped!! The interior of The Chai Spot is lovely and offers a refuge for customers, especially during this bitter cold! My friend and I bought a Coconut Rose to share on a Saturday morning, around 11 am. I got the house special banh mi. To be honest, this was my first time having a banh mi so I'm not an expert on the topic but I liked it! The dish was a symphony of textures. The baguette was very crispy, giving way to some crunchy and slightly acidic vegetables, vibrant cilantro, tender and juicy sliced meats, and some crispy grilled minced pork. The baguette itself was the stuff of dreams, shatteringly crisp but not hard and without even a single hint of sogginess despite the moist fillings. It

Very good dim sum, especially the savory options. All the food was very clean, nothing was greasy, and the flavors were clear. The portions are on the smaller side, but the prices aren't high and the bites are plump and filling. The sweet options were less exciting in comparison. The tea was not very good. The hot pot looked really good, but we didn't try it. There was only one waiter, so service was slow, and our tea kept running out. The atmosphere was pleasant, but a little cold.

Was happily surprised that my partner and I were able to get a table here when it was packed. This restaurant is a lot bigger than what meets the eye when you first enter. Chinese-style sponge cakes in many flavors & other pastries plus coffee served in an unfussy locale.
Coming from Vancouver, my expectations for Chinese food are high... but this 40+ year-old legacy spot completely stole my heart. First stop on the New York Chinatown crawl was Kam Hing. Family-owned since 1984, they are famous for their viral sponge cakes--but it's the family itself and their genuine warmth that makes this place so special. It was filled with lots of locals, and the space is surprisingly spacious, warm, and inviting. It honestly feels just like going over to your auntie's house

Variety of flavors that all taste great! Texture is what you expect from a sponge cake, soft and fluffy. Cash only if you’re total is under $5. More than $5 and you can pay with card/apple pay. One complaint is that the sponge cakes are not labeled and all look very similar, so if you buy a variety you won’t easily be able to tell which flavor is which. Other than that. I loved every flavor!
